I had 'Say Hueque' recommended to me by a friend in Canada, and started planning for a tour in Argentina and Chile in July 2023 for November-December 2023. Say Hueque planned an excellent itinerary, hotels, flights, transfers, tours, hikes, the lot! Everything went very smoothly and on time. I had a wonderful 6.5 week trip due to the superb planning and bookings by Sofia and Julieta. I can heartily recommend this company for excellent, reliable service. I recently embarked on an incredible journey through the heart of Patagonia with Say Hueque, and it truly was the adventure of a lifetime. From the moment I booked my trip, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional travel experiences.

My itinerary included visits to El Calafate, El Chaltén, Torres del Paine, and Ushuaia, each destination offering its own unique charm and natural wonders. Say Hueque meticulously planned every detail, ensuring a stress-free experience from start to finish.

All the guided tours provided insightful information. Additionally, the accommodations arranged by Say Hueque were comfortable and conveniently located.

I have already recommended SayHueque to friends! They organized an amazing itinerary for my solo trip to Patagonia. The activities were varied, and all logistics were meticulously planned. They were also very responsive to my requests for changes, particularly as I coordinated my incoming and outgoing flights, offering suggestions to enhance my journey. Having them available throughout the entire trip was immensely reassuring. Thanks to SayHueque's planning, my trip was unforgettable, and I even harbor hopes of returning to the area.

Buyer beware. I was worried about using an agency but our trip was very complicated many places in Chile and Peru. My biggest concern is since I'm not booking directly if any issues come up. The domestic flights within Chile/Peru I found out later were not booked by Say Hueque they used an agent Ricale to book flights. I noticed they really messed up our flight from Puerto Montt to Cusco. They had us fly to Lima late at night get up at 4am to fly to Cusco next day when there were flights directly to Cusco that night. Say Hueque claimed that flight did not exist earlier but that was not true. They quoted a huge amount to correct it.
It was so large I just booked directly the correct flights and Latam said I could get the refund from them for the canceled flights but the agency has to request since they booked those flights.
This where it got bad. The agency will not call Latam. I have talked to Latam three different times and three different customer service agents and the gave me ticket number, special agent phone number and even the amount of refund $1,160 and all said very easy for agency to call to get this refund.
I always expected to pay extra if using an agency but was dismayed to see they paid $1,160 for three of us in total but charged us $5,070!!
This is why not to use Say Hueque they do not stand by the agencies they use that you do not even know about. The response by Say Hueque is totally incorrect. I have talked to three different customer service agents at Latam and they all say the refund is there for the taking but since the agent booked it they need to request it but the agent the used and especially Say Hueque is too lazy to even call. There is no profit in it for them so they don't give a ----.

A viagem correu maravilhosamente bem. Fomos logo brindados com uma garrafa de vinho Malbec de boas vindas pela Say Hueque - um gesto que nos tocou.
Tudo super bem organizado e com um contacto 27h/7dias. Todas as pequenas questões - e foram muito poucas - que nos obrigaram a contactar a Say Hueque foram imediatamente resolvidas via WhatsApp.
Procurámos muitas agência desta natureza, acabámos por escolher a Say Hueque e tal escolha revelou-se absolutamente acertada.
Posso assegurar que esta foi a primeira de muitas viagens com a Say Hueque. Somos muito exigentes e tenho noção que quer a Sofia quer o Felipe tiveram muita paciência connosco, pois pedimos muitas alterações e, algumas delas não foram atendidas - e bem -, por eles entenderem que não se adequavam ao seu padrão de exigência. Realizada a viagem, posso dizer que tiveram toda a razão!

Say Hueque helped me plan the trip of a lifetime for 4 of us traveling together over 2 months (Feb/Mar '23) - it was a custom itinerary all over Argentina, Chile, and Ecuador (inc. Galapagos - which they arranged with the assistance of another tour company in Ecuador). I had been looking at pre-fab group tours – I would find things 'close' to what I wanted, but often including things that I wasn't so keen on and missing things I really wanted to see or do. I happened upon Say Hueque - they are a local company and they built a custom trip to my exact specifications. The cost was very close to what I was seeing for the pre-fab tours (only slightly more). And, they looked after all the nice little extra things... for example, every time we came out of an airport, there was a driver holding a sign with our name on it. Some of the excursions we did were 'organized' group activities but most of the time, we had a private guide - and changes on the fly were very much accommodated (such as, if we were really enjoying something and wanted to stay longer, it was easily arranged).

Even a ‘big’ change was well-managed – for example, Chile was a last-minute replacement for Peru when the civil unrest there flared back up over Dec/Jan. We communicated with Say Hueque about our concerns (taking care to do it before the 30-day pre-travel window when cancellations fees can be charged) and they quickly came up with an alternative Chile itinerary, accommodated our tweaks, then charged only the difference between the Peru cost and the Chile cost (Chile IS more expensive, after all!).

While there were a couple of minor hiccups (to be expected on such a long journey), they were easily rectified with a call or message to the emergency numbers provided. Editing (adding and subtracting activities thru the planning process) and a couple of last-minute activity cancelations (e.g., a highway closure prevented us from getting to a day trip destination and cloud cover prevented a nighttime star-gazing experience on the Atacama) were managed with no-hassle refunds where appropriate.

I really can't say anything bad about this company - in particular, Patricio was great to work with. I can't recommend Say Hueque enough - we had a fabulous trip!

I’ve tried to give them a chance. The agent, Cynthia, did talk to me, but after 10+ emails and multiple messages, the ‘supervisor’ Noelia Juarez, is neglecting me, refusing to return my call. It’s shocking to me the lack of customer service. The agents are helpful, but if you have any questions or need anything- good luck- anyone above the agents are neglectful.

Engaged Say Hueque as they were supposedly an expert with planning travel itineraries in Argentina. Unfortunately, my recent experience was below sub-par.

1) the sales agent who attended to me went on leave without giving me a heads-up, leaving me with a slight panic attack as no details on my travel itinerary was shared despite travel date running close

2) Say Hueque merely acts as a front shop and do not actually operate any tours. Instead requests are outsourced to different local tour operators depending on region. In my case, issues started going wrong with an airport pickup in Iguazu (driver was late). In Salta, the local tour operator forgot about my itinerary and i was left scrambling to reach out for help (despite not speaking a word of Spanish) on alternatives available. Eventually when a replacement guide/driver was assigned, i still wasn't able to cover all the places planned on the original itinerary in the end as the vehicle assigned had no permission to enter one of the locations on my itinerary. Such issues could have been pre-empted had there been proper due care and follow-up provided by Say Hueque.

3) do ASK upfront on the type of service (i.e. shared, private, semi-private) you are being quoted for. In my case, i did not know there was an option of changing service type and nearly ended up paying a premium for private airport transfers...a hefty markup. Even if you pay a premium for private services there is no guarantee things will go as planned. A painful lesson that i experienced first hand unfortunately.
Would recommend arranging airport pick-ups on your own.

4) just when i thought the worse was over, i experienced yet another unpleasant surprise towards the tail end of my itinerary when i was over-charged for paying an entrance fee into the Ushuaia national park when local authorities had fees scrapped a month ago. A supposedly lunch-included tour turned out to be a no-lunch option.

The level of integrity and professionalism of Say Hueque remains questionable as the issues i encountered could have been avoided if their sales agent bothered following up with proper communication on all outsourced tour requests. Approach Say Hueque at your own risk, for the amount of money they charge there are better alternatives out there.

Say Hueque offered us a reasonably priced, though not inexpensive, 3-day trip to Puerto Iguazu from Buenos Aires to see the waterfalls on the Brazilian and Argentinian sides. We got what we paid for. It was a memorable, one-in-a-lifetime trip that my wife and I can only recommend. It was the highlight of our trip in Argentina. Everything was well coordinated. Our private tour guide, Alejandro, was fantastic. He drove us from and to the airport (we flew with Aerolineas Argentinas), picked us at the Jasy hotel, which was nice and ecological, and accompanied us on both tours he personally organized. Alejandro's instruction (in English) was insightful and fun! He also knew all the great spots to take pictures.

We had a great vacation in Argentina. Say Hueque organized part of our trip for us. We learned about Say Hueque from reading the Lonely Planet guide book. Everything worked out well. Good communication with Patricio and Patty.

We were going to be in Buenos Aires already for a conference. I contacted Sayhueque to plan an Iguazu Falls extension to our trip. The trip was planned perfectly and they were very helpful. We had a private tour with Alejandro and he was wonderful. He picked us up at the airport and helped get us settled at our hotel. He was extremely knowledgeable about the park and we felt as though we had a better experience than many of the other large tour groups we saw in the park. If we head to Argentina or Chile again, Sayhueque would be my first choice!

Diana from the office in palermo soho, Buenos Aires, organized the most spectacular trip for me and my husband! I thank you Diana! Everything was planned to perfection! We were picked up, traveled around, stayed in beautiful small hotels saw amazing places, met wonderful people and were safely returned home!! I recommend Sayhueque to everyone!! Thank you!!

Before actually being in Argentina, several tour options were presented to us tailored to our needs and from there on we decided what to do and where to go. All this was possible thanks to the marvelous help of Patricio. He always replied to our concers or questions by email right away.

Once in Argentina, every went well, no delays, timely comunication, on-time pick ups, constant follow ups, superb guides (for example Diego in Iguazu), professional drivers and a lovely and caring host/contact (Patricia) ..., you really matter to them and they will show it to you!!!

Great company to deal with. No problems with flights etc although it may pay them to tell tourists you need a passport even when flying domestically. Fabulous guide with a lot of local knowledge. Well worth flying in & out in one day. Would recommend it to anyone ; Karen, New Zealand

We found Say to be very helpful, accommodating and responsive in the scoping of our trip by providing us with various options to fit our requirements and responding rapidly to new requests for amendments to a potential trip.

What a wonderful experience. We went to Iguazu Falls with Adrian, and he was delightful. Very knowledgeable and very nice. The Loi Suites hotel was also very nice and relaxing. I would recommend Say Hueque to anyone going to Argentina.
