I took a wonderful trip with Sayhueque in 2015 and since then I have continued to get dozens of email after I have requested each time to stop them. I will never do business with this firm again because they do not know how to follow customer requests.

It is quite disturbing.

I cannot say more.... wonderful experience with Sayhueque Argentina. We went for 16 days with 4 people, 2 adults and 2 late teens all through the country. We had the best experience. Everything went smoothly. They responded quickly, organized everything to our liking ... even with the fact that we booked quite late (6 weeks before we went). But they really worked with us on everything!!! Would definitely use this company again!! A++++++++

Sayhueque's organisation for my recent trip was good except for an annoying vhiccup in Santiago where the agent there kept calling me for 'unpaid ' dues as well as two times pickups for tours that did not inform me on pickup times. Other than that, I enjoyed the tours and stays in Puerto Natales and Punta Arenas very much. Detailed itinerary provided by Planet Patagonia was in Spanish and therefore was not very helpful and I misunderstood the tour pickup for the Magallanes trip and almost missed it if not for the goodwill of the reception at the Iliai hotel who rushed me to the tour office the last minute.
However, I had a wonderful time despite these hiccups as it showed me that the Chilean people are so wonderful. I would love to go back to Chile again and to Patagonia Chile especially. Sayhueque,'s suggested itinerary was brilliant especially to Estancia Mercedes as I met with the wonderful host family who showed me the wonders of nature in their wilderness property.

A bit slow, otherwise good. Operational team does a good job on follow up.

I was a study abroad student in Bruno's Aires. Sayhueque was amazing at creating an amazing trip to see more of argentina. The hotel was great and Iquazu was amazing as well. They provided many excursions that were very available. A good choice for anyone wanting to see a touristy side of Buenos Aires

I ordered a long tour from buenosaires with this company, it was eccellent.....they are very reliable, i highly recomend them...

We had an excellent experience with Say Hueque. The arrangements were bulletproof, the lodging was all better than expected and the representatives were knowledgeable, cheerful and well informed. We would definitely use them again.

Our only issue was a strike that made returning to the airport a difficult proposition, and we nearly missed our return flight. Since the strike was announced in advance, the drive might have realized the trip would take longer than necessary, and moved our return up a bit to compensate. We eventually made th flight (after abandoning our drive in the traffic jam, and hiking 3km to the terminal). We wound up with a good story to tell.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Well organized company. The guides are very pleasant.

I used Sayhueque Argentina to travel to Iguacu falls for the weekend from B.A. All arrangements were well planned and reasonably priced. I would use them again for any travels to Argentina.

We had a great trip to Argentina and Chile 2015 for 3 weeks Hostels flights-bus travel Guides -tours.Also good contact with the company here from Canada,before the trip.Would use Sayhueque again.

Very professional and pleasant experience. All services were according to description or above expectations. Guides were excellent. The only glitch was due to non communication about a shortened tour due to natural causes but the company sent us wine to make up for it!

Everything went very smoothly, no problems whatsoever. You receive your itinerary in advance so you have time to review and acquaint yourselves with the details. Every person we dealt with was so nice, and respectful. Loved this trip and loved their representatives. Would definitely use them again, and the price can't be beat.

Did the tour to Iguazu Falls, everything went pretty much as planned.
The only thing I might reccommend is a more complete description of
the motel/hotels they use. Our guide was cordial and helpful, and it's nice
having someone to pick you up at airport, explain things, and eventually at the end deliver you back to airport.

We booked flights,hotel and tours in Iguazu with Sayhueque. We were travelling to Iguazu from Peru. Flight they booked for us has 1 stop flight in Buenos Aires. They booked our connecting flight from another airport in buenos aires we noticed that when we landed and looking for our connecting flights gate. Ofcourse we missed the flight and had to buy another ticket. They didn't even apologize. What kind of a travel agency makes that mistake. Don't use them.
