I would book again and again with Sayhueque! We had such an incredible experience with them in Patagonia and I have told all of my friends. We hope to travel with them again! Gracias.

Excellent tour. Included excursions were very good. Transportation and pick up very good except for one bus trip. This was between Puerto arenas and Ushuaia. We were told to get off our coach in the middle of nowhere. Then we where put in a car. Thought we were then travelling by car but it just took us into Rio Grande. Then were dumped at a bus station and told the next bus would be in an hour. It was a tiny mini bus which didn't seem to be on our itinerary. Very poor communication and terrible bus that would have cost locals next to nothing. The day resulted in a 12 hr trip. Very frustrating. Only found out a little because a passenger spoke Spanish. Not sure if Say Hueque knows that was happening. Very poor service for this one leg. Only other criticism is our hotels were often a long walk to the towns centre.

We were very impressed with our communications, bookings, and guides throughout our private tour of Argentina. One of our guides even took us to a local hospital to ensure a head wound didn't require stitches. Our partners on the trip have already rebooked a new trip with them. We would, too!

i just returned from a 3 week individual tour of argentina arranged by say hueque, it met all my expectations. the hotels were a good choice. the villa vicuna in salta is the loveliest hotel i've ever stayed in. the hotel pulitzer in buenos aires was comfortable with a friendly helpful staff, large breakfast buffet and good small restaurant. my guides were all knowledgeable and good company, martin and rafael (ramal travel, salta), sol (itati viajes, cordoba) and fernanda (mbarete viajes, posadas). martin was outstanding. patty wissar, say hueque took me on a comprehensive city tour of buenos aires.

the milonga tour was all i hoped for. cynthia and her tango partner, roberto and i visited 3 clubs each with a different perspective of salon tango which i enjoy so much.

the museums, caraffa and evita fine arts in cordoba and malba and fine arts in buenos aires were first rate.

most of all i appreciated the amazing kindness of people. i use a walker and everywhere people showed concern and offered to help me.

Sayhueque have been amazing. The greatest service from start to finish and actually even after being back. And also the most fantastic recommendations and knowledge which have helped us tremendously and have made our Argentina trip one of the best trips ever. When we go back ( which we will!) we will definitely use Sayhueque again!

We were very well taken care of, the program was excellent with visits to lots of nice winery's. We will definitely use them again, if we would want to visit other winery's in Mendoza. We can highly recommend the use of this firm.

We are independent traveler and travel in Argentina 24 days last year. We come from another side of the world and know a little about Argentina before this trip. Say Hueque help us to make a wonderful trip to know Argentina from North to South and leave unforgettable experience. We visit Buenos Aires (see a great Tango Show), Iguazu Fall, Salta, Purmamarca (7-colored mountain), El Calafate (Perito Moreno Glacier), El Chalten (Captial of Trekking), Ushuaia (End of the World), Bariloche (Lakes District). The whole itinerary run smoothly just only one flight was cancelled and they can quick response and take action to settle it . We take this opportunity to thanks their excellent and professional works.

Say Hue Que staff were so helpful. I purchased my own airline ticket to Argentina and ferry boat ticket in Chile, but the staff were so accommodating with everything else! Tours, transport, and great hotels were all arranged.

BAD, BAD, BAD
I wanted this to be amazing (3 day Patagonia tour Argentina), but it was not. I guess I should've guessed when we were communicating with them before the trip. They would give me wrong flight plans for our travel, call me by the wrong name, and then a week before we were supposed to leave they told us one of our excursions (ice trekking) was cancelled and they would replace it with a hike. Like those 2 things are at similar. It was VERY difficult to get help from them on what we could replace ice trekking with. They would not provide us with any options, and their description was even written wrong on our itinerary. When I asked them about the incorrect portion they told me to "look at a map" to figure out what was going on.

Keep in mind this is BEFORE we even were on the trip.
Also- fun fact: They don't work on the weekends, so if you have any trouble on the weekend they won't respond to any of your emails. (Our whole trip was Friday-Monday)

The hotel Las Dunas was a NIGHTMARE. I have traveled a lot and this hotel was insane. Worst customer service ever. We got there and were assigned to our rooms, and they were not even near each other and we were travelling in a group of 4. Our room was extremely hot inside, and we noticed there were mosquitoes and bugs everywhere so we were scared to open a window because they don't have ANY SCREENS. We were so exhausted and hungry that we dropped our stuff and went to eat. The girl that worked at the restaurant shamed us for ordering so much food and then literally took the forks out of my friends hands (while food was still on it and they were eating) because she said they were using the wrong forks. If that was not enough, she forgot to bring out some of the food we ordered and then we did not even have forks to eat the food. She then told us they would not fill up our water bottles (even though they serve water at breakfast and have a jug of water that you can see when walking by). After this debacle, we sprayed ourselves down with bug spray and went to bed fitfully (scared of the bugs flying around the room).

Our first day we had glacier kayaking. We were provided NO information about how this day would go i.e. how long it would be or that we would be on a boat for 4 hours. They told us that it was through another operator so that is why we had no information- makes sense right? (NOT.) The kayaking was cool, although because almost all of them were melted we had to kayak like maniacs. Fun tour people though.

One of my friends couldn't go kayaking because she was so sick. She laid in our hot, bug infested room all day waiting for the "manager" to come check our room so that we could be moved to another room. When I got back, she told me no one ever came to room (SHOCKING I know). I went to speak to the girl at the counter and had to ARGUE with her. She told me that the manager had gone to our room and my friend refused to let him in- which is a complete lie. I told her that we needed to be moved to another room, and she told me that they didn't have one with 2 beds to give us, and that they couldn't move us without seeing the bugs. To that I responded "oh so you make your guests sleep in rooms with bugs in them? I will make sure to communicate that with my tour company." She then apologized, got on her computer and found us a room with 2 beds... interesting. When I went upstairs I told my friend what they said, and she told me no one came up except the house keeper, and she said nothing about bugs at all. My friend called down to the desk to tell them, and they immediately told her that there was a "miscommunication" and that the house keeper was supposed to check. SURE. The front desk then came to our room, where I showed her 4 dead bugs immediately, and she told me that it was summer and that this is the area we are in, and what can you expect?. She just lied over and over and over. I have never seen customer service like this in my life. When they gave us a new room it had no bugs, but was still warm because we couldn't open a window, but at this point we were over it all. Did I mention that they refused to do our laundry twice? I also emailed Say Hueque about all of this and because they don't work weekends they never responded to it until 2 days later, right before we were leaving.

We were all so strained and seasick from kayaking and being on a boat previous to this for 10 days (which they knew about) that we could not go the next day to the Perito Moreno Glacier because we knew we could not be on another boat ride for who knows how long.

The excursion to Chile's Torres Del Paine we hoped would be better. Instead we were on a bus with no bathroom ALL DAY. They let us out at about 5 stops for 5 minutes to take pictures. We were finally able to go on 1 one hour hike to a waterfall which was the highlight of the day. We wished we had gone on more hikes like we thought we would be. It was beautiful there, and they did provide lunch. We were confused about the tour guide because he would speak for 20 minutes in Spanish and then for about 5 minutes in English... so we knew that he probably knew a lot and was talking about amazing things- we just didn't get to hear most of it. The bus not having a bathroom was crazy for the amount of time we spent on it.

When I finally got an email back from Say Hueque they told me that they would be calling the hotel to see about my complaints. As I wrote earlier... I really feel like lied to us and would not have admitted any wrong doing anyway.

So end of the trip, I left with feeling like it was poorly planned, there was a ton of miscommunication/ not communicated information about the trip, and really we were not given the service/trip that we paid for. I emailed them after to tell them about all of this, and they responded telling me that they would follow up with the hotel and tour operators (as if I was the one lying). I asked for a partial refund. I got an email back from the manager eventually telling me that they would only refund us $40 each (such a small amount for what we paid it seems ridiculous).

I have never written a review like this. I felt so strongly that this was bad I had to do this. I feel angry about it all still. I have traveled quite a bit and had some bad tours here and there, but NOTHING to this extent. That's all folks.

We have used Say Hueaue for two trips to Argentina, one 5 week trip and recently a e week trip.
Their itinerary was flawless. We had two minor glitches neither of which was their fault. In spite of the glitches NOT BEING THEIR FAULT, the compensated us very nicely.

I believe Say Hueaue is a 5 star travel agency and if we return to Argentina we would definitely use them again.

By the way, it is Say Hueque, not Sayhueque

Trip to Iguazu Falls was amazing. All pickups and connections were perfect. Tour of Buenos Aires covered all top spots. Car was too small. Guide was excellent. Transfers were on time. Overall-excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Sayhueque Argentina. Our guides were very pleasant and had good local knowledge. They also had a good command of English. The transfer drivers arrived on time. The overall experience was great value for money

Phenomenal company that was there for all my needs. Stayed in great places, had awesome guides and went on super cool adventures! I highly recommend them for anyone who is seeking adventure, culture and ease of traveling abroad.

The Sayhueque employees were terrific. They met us at every scheduled point on time. Each person we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. When we had questions during the trip, they were easy to contact and always helpful. I would certainly use them again on any trip to Argentina.

Great company - made multiple arrangements to travel around the country, do some day tours and booked all lodging. Very responsive by phone and helpful with planning trip. The private guide they provided for Buenos Aires, Elise, was wonderful. We loved her!! Nice to have a driver, too.
Several of the lodgings were a little disappointing - not quite up to expected standard (very small room in BA on arrival and mildew room at Iguazu that left our luggage and clothes EXTREMELY smelly - had to throw out bags and some clothes. (although the jungle lodge with private cabins was very nice, just left awful smell on everything.)
It was nice to have a local contact at each location to greet us, explain the area and booked tours, and answer questions.
