Only received part of my order.
Poor customer service experience.

2.1 rating says a lot
Don’t bother damaged & missing items can’t speak to anyone the non existent customer service
Waste if money a charge back will be filled

Ordered 2 bottles of the same aftershave , 1 arrived the next day , no sign of the other one ! Tried to live it was chat off line , tried to call no staff were in? , tried to email 4 times no reply ! What do I do ? Have reported this to trading standards this is very worrying .

I placed an order on 7th dec I still haven’t received my order, I’ve emailed so many times and only had one response asking for my order number I provided this and again no response! These are all Xmas gifts and part of them are needed by Friday
Any help would be appreciated please as I’m getting no where

I placed a large order for family Christmas presents. Unfortunately one of the items was missing. I contacted customer services and enquired if the missing item would be dispatched at a later date, and they offered me a refund which I have received.
4 stars because they missed off an item, but 5 stars for customer services.

The montblanc explorer I received is very obviously fake. Thanks guys. Not too annoyed since it’s cheap but it’s not even close to real. The logo on the front of the box is completely different, the smell is terrible and the neck of the bottle is scratched to Sh!te. Pure rubbing alcohol in a bottle. Even the typical info on the bottom of the box is misplaced etc. don’t buy from these guys if you value your nostrils or money.

Ordered perfume (Issey Miyake) & when it arrived it doesn’t even smell like the actual perfume!!! The box wasn’t wrapped in cellophane which made me think it’s not genuine!!!
Buyers beware!!!

Only read the reviews after purchase because it was such a good price, was a bit wary after seeing the reviews but thought I would give them a chance. Order turned up, next day as ordered, no problems with delivery and item was as expected.
Would recommend.

The full order did not arrive and there has been no response to messages requesting a refund, it has been 2 weeks. I’ve tried to speak to someone by phone and you can’t get through.

Ordered from them, paid for next day delivery. 3 days later still nothing and no response from them via email. phone just on hold permanently. either a scam or they are completely incompetent. either way - order from someone else!

Ordered the aftershave, never arrived. Tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. STAY CLEAR!!!

Order just went into hyperspace....no updates no info no nothing and ultimately no product.
Dont waste your money, plenty of other companies who offer a proper customer service

Ordered Kouros came to use it ; it smells nothing like Kouros and the bottle is different deffinately not the real thing absolute rip off paid £60 for fake goods

Items (shampoo and conditioner) were advertised in stock then not received. Email was sent and initially no response, after several emails they stated the items were delivered and sent a photo of a small box of other items purchased, the shampoo and conditioner would not have fit into the box, they then admitted the stock wasn’t there and offered a refund. I had to email several times to find out when they were putting the money in which never returned to my bank
I’m having to issue a fraud case with the bank to investigate
The staff stated I had to chase up the refund with klama who I never dealt with and they didn’t give any details of who to contact but was not my responsibility
The staff were rude uncooperative and their attitude is disgusting. I will never purchase again first and last with this company

KEEP CLEAR!!

I ordered a Boss bottled aftershave. There was no spray mechanism like every other boss aftershave I have ever ordered. Beware this is likely a fake.

Do not trust this company.They promise next day delivery if you order before 2pm and spend a certain amount of money. They state that DPD will deliver the next day. LIES! They say this to get you to spend more and in fact the delivery takes at least 2 to 3 days. Also, are the products genuine or snide false products? You can decide for yourself, but my advice is to give this business a very wide birth, unless you want to be seriously dissapointed.

Horrible experience, the mini disfuser arrived broken, with fingerprints on it, I has to send in videos and pictures of it not working, when I send it back I was told someone had to certify it was broken in order to process a replacement, and that would take at least two weeks. I will not be buying from them again, try Aroma 360, this company is a want to be of them.
