Luxury product, competitive prices, speedy delivery. One odd thing is that the shipping confirmation email stated "Hermes" but the tracking number didn't work, so I reached out and was told it was actually an error in the email as it was a actually a DHL shipment (I much prefer DHL anyways). Otherwise highly recommended.

Firstly the price of the perfume was brilliant, great value for money.
Only hick up was the first courier (Hermes) failed to deliver but no surprise there!!!
However I emailed Scentsational and a fantastic guy call Richard emailed me straight back and could not have been more helpful!!! Arranged for DHL to do a next day delivery which they did and hey presto crisis averted (it was a Xmas present)!!!
Will definitely use them again and would 100% recommend 👍

Outstanding after sales service - My order was unfortunately not able to be delivered at all for Christmas - in stepped Richard who ensured that i could choose another item and that it got to me in time to wrap and put under the tree. Sometimes problems occur.....it's how they are dealt with after this that is truly the measure of a business - Recommended!!

Would not order from scentsational again I’m sad to say. Ordered a product and that part was fine. Product came. Then I needed to return it. Information on website wrong regarding returns. Messaged them 3 times and no acknowledgment or response. Never received returns form or info on how to return. Hence 30 days past now can’t return. Very untrustworthy. This was my first time ordering from them and not a good experience therefore would not recommend them.

Never ever again!! that's all i can say.

Ordered and item was out of stock. Offered an alternative and a discount/refund. After exchanging a few emails with Richard Zuber I have now received the alternative product and a refund. He was very responsive and cares about the customer experience. Would order from Scentsational again 👍

I fell behind on a payment for products purchased (all brilliant products) and Lauren from the Online Chat helped me. So professional and made me feel at ease. She extending my payment which helped massively.. Thank you for being so helpful and I will definately use you again.

Had an issue regarding the delivery (not their fault) and they handled it brilliantly. Responded to my emails and looked into my query really quickly. They had the new package sent out the next day.
I really appreciate this with a company.. nice to know they care!

I placed an order for the entire OLAPLEX and one item arrived leaked but they handled my complaint so well and sent out a replacement. I am really pleased with their customer services.

The company missed out items on the order and took 6 weeks of being overlooked until they agreed to send out replacement bottles.
Richard has now refunded me and has also said he will send out the replacement bottles. I will edit this again once they’ve been received.

so so pleased with the service I have received - special mention to Richard who goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer experience!

I use Scentsational for all my aftershaves and wife's perfume. I've never had a bad experience with them and I've ordered around 8 different times. The best value on the internet and very fast delivery! My wife buys her beauty products from here as well - I strongly recommend buying from this business.

Cheapest I could find on the internet and free next day delivery

Although my order was delayed, Richard in customer was very helpful and kept me updated along the way and I've now received my products. I will definitely give this company the benefit of the doubt due to shipping issues and stock levels all over the place at the moment. I will order from this site again.

Very unorganised store and ridiculous waits.

I ordered an olaplex kit 17 days ago and chose Hermes 3-4 days shipping. I specifically chose this product as other similar ones were not due to be in stock for 3 days so there would be no waiting.

A week after receiving a dispatch email, I check and see the tracking number is with DHL, not Hermes, and the parcel hasn’t even been dropped off.

When I contacted customer service I was told that the product would be in stock and dispatched on the 21st. This was a blatant lie and it is now the 29th and it still has not been sent.

I’ve emailed for a refund.

Edit: After emailing customer service again, I was given a full refund and still sent my product, which was more than generous.
