Ordered a perfume from here and never received it. Contacted customer service and they were rude, didn’t offer any apology and sent me fake screenshots of a conversation with ‘Evri’ saying that they would not refund me. Also sent me another customers personal details accidentally. Awful customer service and clearly a dodgy company, do not order from them !!!!!!

Fake perfume, I purchased prada luna rossa black 100ml, it is fake.
Do not waste your money.

Bought a bottle of Loverdose. Clearly a fake! Perfume is orange when it should be transparent, the vaporiser is plastic and not the normal black one and the label is wrong. It smells faintly of the scent of Loverdose with a strong alcohol smell. They had the cheek to say they only sell real perfumes! Do not buy! Terrible company!

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from this website as hadnt really heard of it before but decided to go ahead Ordered perfume on the 15th December and was sent confirmation and that it would be delivered well in time before Xmas with 3-4 days tracked delivery. Payment was taken straight away. After 4 days I hadn't recieved any further updat however as its Xmas just thought it's taking a little longer. Yesterday, 21st December.....6 DAYS after purchasing my item I recieved an email to say my order has been cancelled. Obviously I'm confused as I've had no notification or email, so rang the customer service helpline to be told its out of stock!!! What a joke!!! I explained to the lady that this is a Xmas present and I haven't recieved any email notifying me this is the case. She apologised and said one should be sent, but is this what's said to all the other customers as it seems I'm not the only one. I said it's a joke and bad as they're quick enough to take my money and when will I get a refund? To be told its been processed on their side and will take 2 working days so should be today. As of writing this review no refund has gone in to my account. I've had to purchase another from a didferent site, leaving me out of pocket and as its xmas many people are struggling. Absolutely disgusting

Despite the mixed reviews, I decided to order perfume from this company, well before Christmas (16th December). I received a confirmation email, which bizarrely had a Return Request attached to it. As I had not cancelled the order, I phoned up and was reassured that the company send these out routinely. The lady I spoke to said that there was plenty of stock and that I would receive this by Wednesday (2 days later). Today I received an email to say my order was cancelled - when I called I was told it was out of stock. They must have known this when accepting my order - now it's just days before Christmas and I have to source it from elsewhere. Would never use it again - shocking communication and poor customer service. No point in having good prices if you can't fulfill orders!!!

I just bought Stronger with you intensely from them as it is really hard to find due to it being discontinued, saw the deal and snapped it up.

After placing the order, I read reviews and was sceptical as they weren’t very good. Following this, I sent an email asking about shipping times and if they actually had the fragrance in stock. Lo and behold, I get an email saying your order has been refunded.

WHY DISPLAY SOMETHING IF YOU DONT EVEN HAVE IT AT ALL

Do not order!!! Ordered some perfume that said in stock, even received an email to say the item had been processed and payment taken. Had no further dispatch email so could not track item. Called them and was told that item was actually out of stock. They hadn’t even bothered to let me know. Quick enough to take the money though!

Ordered a product at a very good price, then I noticed it was after the date it should have arrived and it wasn't here. Contacted them to ask where it was, and they saod Evri had lost it in the network. No stock left and a refund would be issued and with me in 3 working days. This was 9 days ago and still no refund. Contacted them again and just got told they apologised and that it had be refunded.

It saw a really good deal on a designer fragrance, the retail price is 150$ but the deal was for 89$. I thought it looked a little sketchy at first but there was 14$ priority shipping. It said 48 hour delivered but it can delayed only one day. But when the fragrance came in, it was perfect condition. And the cologne smells great, you can it’s authentic.

From the very beginning, my experience with this company and my order #329295 has been nothing short of a nightmare. I felt compelled to share my experience as a warning to potential customers.

First and foremost, I was provided with a tracking number, only to later discover that my order was actually shipped under an entirely different tracking number with DHL. This discrepancy should have raised red flags, but unfortunately, it was just the beginning of the problems.

The DHL courier responsible for my delivery left my order with an unknown individual, someone I had never seen before and couldn't identify. I promptly opened a case with DHL, and to my dismay, their response via email was that my package had indeed been left with someone, but the driver was utterly incapable of providing the specific flat number. This lack of accountability was frustrating, to say the least.

In desperation, I reached out to Scentsational for assistance. However, at this point, their customer service seemed to vanish into thin air. They stopped responding to my emails altogether, leaving me in the dark about the status of my missing order.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. It's abundantly clear that this company lacks the professionalism and competence one should expect from an online retailer. As of now, my order remains missing, and no one from Scentsational has stepped up to offer a resolution.

I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company. There are far better options available with established retailers who actually know how to manage their business and provide reliable customer service. It's no surprise that so many small companies like this one are struggling or going out of business given the abysmal service they provide. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a reputable source instead.

Placed an order on My 29th. Paid for 2 day delivery. Item still not received (July 10th).

I contacted, was told the items would be resent. I was not provided a tracking number for new deliver. I requested this multiple times via email. No reply.

Filled in a fresh contact form about the issue. Received a reply but provided details from the order not fulfilled. I reply to this. Ignored again.

Filled in a 3rd fresh contact form requesting a refund. Ignore once more.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a few items (which were good value and arrived promptly), but one item was missing in the parcel when it arrived. I emailed to explain this and got a rapid reply and, as soon as I had sent a photo of my delivery label so they could investigate, they sent the missing item so quickly it arrived in less than 24 hours. Very impressed with the response.

I purchased a bottle of Giorgio Armani aqua di gio parfum, and I live in the United States it took less than a week to arrive, and of course being a first-time customer I had some concerns so I reached out, and Richard the customer service representative was Johnny on the spot he was extremely helpful, and nice I would recommend this outfit to anyone looking for fragrances I give them a 10 out of 10 rating and I will definitely be back to do more business

I ordered a Oud for Glory Lataffa perfume for the first time with Scentsational (have already ordered several times with other sellers) but I have to say that I was extremely impressed with 1) the attention and care of how beautifully and securely packaged was my perfume box, 2) how fast I was delivered: only 2 days delivery to London and with a free postage!
I am definitely a super happy customer and will now order my Oud for Glory from Scentsational! Thanks ever so much for your 5 stars service and care to customers... you won one another! :)

Ordered a perfume, found it cheaper elsewhere so emailed company about returning. They gave me instructions and I followed them exactly. Sent the return using SIGNED DELIVERY. They told me it would take a few weeks for return to be processed as they are busy. Nearly two months later, I email asking about the refund. At first they claimed they did not receive it. After telling them I sent it with signed/tracked delivery, they stopped responding to my messages. Stooped so low for all of £60 or so!

I have ordered perfume online from amazon a couple of times and have been disappointed by either receiving things very late, or receiving fake perfume. So to discover this company, and to receive EXACTLY what I ordered, and on time, I'm very impressed and will be ordering more things in the future

EDIT 3: The company reported my review to Trustpilot claiming that they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. I have provided my correspondence with the company to Trustpilot. I believe this review will stay. But the whole experience with this company has been extremely annoying: the company first accused me of leaving bad reviews daily in their response to my review, then they deleted their accusatory reply without any public apology and tried to convince me to change my review in exchange for a full refund, finally (once all efforts failed) they reported my review as not-genuine experience.

EDIT 4: The company published the below reply after failing to take down my review and probably reading my 3rd edit above. A week after I received the first item, I received the second item (the one that was missing) yesterday. This is on top of a nasty (now deleted) reply from the company and efforts to discredit my review. The company continues to be a joke with their (second, not yet deleted) reply. I did not receive any refund. The company's email to me implied that they would refund me if I would consider a revision of my review. To which, I replied, they should first think about compensating their customer for the inconvenience rather than asking for a revision of a review against a refund. The whole experience is an example of how not to treat a customer.

I ordered two items and the box (big enough to contain both items) only had one of the items that I ordered. While the company charged me for the delivery and the product cost, they did not send a hair product costing £15. I would be extremely careful not to order them anything expensive. I am not sure if they will send me the missing product or refund me. The company seems to be a scam.

EDIT 1: Following my complaint, the company stated that they've now sent me the missing item. Please NOTE their response to my complaint below, which accuses me of leaving "reviews daily for websites". I guess no need for another edit to show how this company views and treats its customers.

EDIT 2: The company deleted its accusatory response without a public apology.

No second purchase from this retailer from me. Even though their price may seem lower, it may end up costing you more (in time and in money as you may have to buy another product while waiting), not to mention their rude communication style.

Very happy with the service, there was an issue with the delivery address but that was my fault. Contacted customer service email/phone and the issue was rectified promptly. Delivery was redirected and arrived the following day. Products look fabulous as ordered for Mother’s Day. Richard was extremely helpful and prompt in his response. Definitely will buy again. Kay

Evri as usual lost my order, scentiational need to think about the delivery companies they use for their company.

Richard made good and the perfume got to it’s destination.
