After much to and fro, the issue has been resolved to our mutual satisfaction. Thank you for working with me on this.

Had query for my order responded to email within mimites, Very quick shipping, by far cheapest fragrances online will use again,

Ordered from Scentsational and did not receive my parcel (THOUGH, this was no fault of Scentsational! DHL sadly lost the parcel). I was advised to contact the seller, which I did, and received a prompt reply from Richard who kindly sent out another parcel, which arrived next day and even upgraded me to the next size up as a goodwill gift! Amazing customer service.

We order 5 perfumes and we haven’t received our order, DHL shows delivered but there is no proof working with customer support for refund but no support

I order with one day delivery as we were travelling , didn’t get any update since 4 days

I placed an order on the 22nd of December which arrived on 24th December. Amazing service and will be using this company again.
To add, the manager was very helpful.

Ordered and paid for perfume and I had an email 4 days later saying that they have not got the item in stock anymore . They offered me £5 voucher which was nice but now I haven’t got the time to order another as Christmas is very soon . Missis won’t be happy . Still awaiting a reply regarding my refund . Won’t be using this company again .

After an initial issue with delivery, the company made it right and exceeded my expectations. Easy to get hold of and communicate with, very fast shipping and delivery. Excellent service, I was initially dubious, but can thoroughly recommend, will use again!!

Item hasn't been dispatched 3 weeks later (due within 3-5 days), and my follow up query hasn't been acknowledged or responded to. Basically daylight robbery.
UPDATE: Bribed to take this review down, refused, promised a refund either way - 2 weeks later, this hasn't come through.

Excellent and personal service. Initially after purchase, my item was thought to be out of stock but they emailed me to tell me with various options including a goodwill gesture but after checking the warehouse again, the item was found and to my delight it arrived in the post the next day! Would highly recommend particularly as they stock perfumes not easily found elsewhere!

Delivery and packaging good. However, when my order arrived (Angel perfume) it wasn't quite as advertised, as in refillable and what I received was not refillable!

After my original issue with my order not being dispatched on time. Richard got in contact with me regarding this issue and resolved this matter within mins. Very happy with customer service and he couldn’t of done anything more to help.

Scentsational have always provided excellent customer service with all the items I purchase from them. I love how they stock discontinued items that I cannot find anywhere else! Shipping is fast and always comes on time.
