All I can say is thank you!!! Ordered a fragrance for my nan's birthday, and came next day no fuss. She was so happy, 10/10 service, will be using again.

Great service and best prices I've seen for beauty and fragrances compared with the usual high street retailers! Been shopping with Scentsational since early 2020 and have been a loyal customer since!

Love the service they offer and omg they are soo cheap, bought gucci guilty from perfume shop 90ml and it was 80 quid plus 5 pound delivery, bought gucci guilty from here 150ml and it was 79 quid plus!! MENTAL, VERY RECOMMENDED!!!

I live in America and Scentsational had a perfume that was only released in Europe. I wasn't fully convinced that I could trust that they sold authentic perfume. So i emailed them and got a prompt response and was given a manufacturer order for the perfume. Then once i purchased the perfume, i was expecting that since I was in America and it's was shipped from Europe that is would take longer than usual to get over here but NOPE! It took just 72 hours for the perfume and the perfume was in fact 100% Authentic.

Great customer service, had no issues whatsoever keeping in contact. Great products, will be back. Thank you

Received my order quickly and for much less than I would have paid elsewhere

Hermes emailed and said my order has been delivered, I was home...they hadn't, then an email stating they had made an error and would deliver the next working day. The following day I get home from work to a card through the door stating it was left in my recycling bin, clearly wasn't as my bin was out on the street as it was recycling day! It wasn't in my green bin or the outhouse. Requested for this to be despatched again even though I had to purchase else where as it was for a gift, but the company have no customer service and don't respond to emails.

If i could give no stars I would. I placed an order with them on the 9th of December, to ensure the order would arrive by christmas. Fast forward 9 days later and I hadn't received a shipping confirmation so tried to get in touch. They then told me that hermes has my parcel and provided me with a tracking number. I contacted hermes who said that they hadn't received the parcel. I tried to call scentsationals, and waited on hold for about 6 minutes for an automated voice to tell me the offices were closed and ended the phone call. Their online chat is constantly offline so there is no way to get in touch with them at all, I'm down money and an xmas present. Beyond a joke of a company really

I have no problem with this company but Hermes are giving them a bad name.Hermes left a wet broken open box with £30 + value outside my home .The presentation boxes were damaged and couldn’t be given as a gift.l was offered 50% discount or a replacement.l took the replacement offer as long as it wasnt Hermes delivering.Package came next day and my doorbell rung.

I have placed an order 2 weeks ago with next day delivery, I have not received a dispatch email, the phone number does not work all the have done is taken my money.

I ordered a perfume on 14th September with 3-4 day delivery time. I received a confirmation email saying I would be notified when it was handed to the courier (Hermes). I did not receive any further emails and my order did not arrive. I have been trying to contact the seller via their website and through replying to the initial email but have had no response - not even about a refund. Also, the phone number given on their website and confirmation email does not work which seems very dodgy.

Ordered some items which were delivered quickly, excellent quality and so much better value than anywhere else!

Ordered some items in their sale and got a great price. Paid for next day delivery and the products came the next day. Will definitely buy from again - got my eye on some Christmas presents! Thanks!
