Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered some razor blades on 16 November and made the payment for £21.95.
The goods haven't arrived and despite emailing and ringing I have got nowhere. The phone number just says ring back without now being able to leave a message and no reply to my email.

Hello there. If this has been the case then we sincerely apologise. We use Royal Mail to dispatch most of our orders and recent strikes have caused unprecedented delays and problems. Your order obviously should arrived by now and so we can only assume it lost. We unfortunately have no record of an email from yourself, however, will look into this further. Scam Website - AVOID

I have emailed you 5 times regarding an order I never received. I also tried the phone number on your website but it just goes dead for over 3 weeks now. My order number is Order #78386
Bunch of liars and a total scam website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will accept your order then ignore any contact attempts.

After I posted a negative review they have finally responded and I recieved a full refund.

Not what I ordered Received the blades

Received the blades, not what I ordered at least I don’t think so, the goods received were 2 packs of blades with no marking on the packaging just bubble wrap these could be seconds or an inferior blade, the blades ordered were advertised in a Gillett brand package and as these are a gift for someone this is what I expected. Previous orders were packed properly Have sent 2 emails to Scentshave to date no reply would not use again. To return good I have to pay postage which is not right.
