Ich habe meine Lieferung zurückgesandt. Seit zwei Monaten warte ich auf eine Rückmeldung.
Ich habe mehrere E-Mails geschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten.
Daher rate ich von einer Geschäftsbeziehung ab.

Es gibt im Netz vermutlich keinen anderen Online shop der so schlecht ist.

J'ai déjà donné un avis très négatif le 19 juillet 2026 mais le réitère. En comparant les chaussures reçues après un très grand retard, je les ai comparées avec une ancienne paire achetée en boutique. Contrairement aux sandales achetées en magasin, celles reçues sont entièrement en synthétique !!! Cela fait cher la paire ! De plus, il est écrit sur la boîte "Haute comfort" !!! DONC FUYEZ CE SITE FRAUDULEUX.

Je rencontre exactement le même problème que les autres avis envoyés. J’ai commandé le 6 juin 2026 une paire de chaussures à 55€ que je n’ai bien sûr jamais reçues. L’entreprise COLIS PRIVÉ a soit disant pris en charge mon colis mais ne me l’a jamais livré et après réclamation de ma part, m’a indiqué l’avoir retourné au site marchand ce dont je doute
Après plusieurs échanges de mails avec le service client de Scholl Shoes.com, ils me font croire qu’ils s’occupent de mon problème mais rien ne suit. C’est une honte et une vraie arnaque. Site à fuir absolument.

The products wasn't as described because what I thought was a normal medium width sandal turned out to be very narrow. And too expensive to return - the returns policy is really unclear on their site. The sandals came in a box with a returns label and customs papers saying I was returning it to Italy - expensive plus three forms to fill in.

Le 28/06/2026, j'ai commandé des sandales BOGOTA (70 €); Le transporteur COLIS PRIVE n'a pas pris la peine de livrer le colis qui a été renvoyé à SCHOLL le 07/07/26. Depuis, plus de nouvelles, malgré les mails les mettant en demeure de me rembourser mon achat...le 29/07/26, je n'ai encore reçu aucun remboursement. Ce site situé à Milan passe par l'Irlande Via les Etats Unis... ATTENTION ARNAQUE !

Servizio clienti totalmente inefficiente. Ho effettuato un acquisto in data 19 maggio (importo 76,20 €). In data 12 giugno il mio reso è stato regolarmente consegnato al loro magazzino tramite corriere InPost, ricevendone formale conferma scritta dall'assistenza clienti il 16 giugno.Nonostante il superamento dei 14 giorni previsti dall'Art. 56 del Codice del Consumo e i successivi solleciti inviati il 25 giugno, il 13 luglio e il 20 luglio, continuano a non rimborsarmi i soldi accampando fittizie "verifiche interne". Mi sono vista costretta ad avviare la procedura di chargeback ufficiale tramite Poste Italiane per recuperare la cifra. Azienda sconsigliatissima, comportamento inaccettabile verso i consumatori.

Scholl-shoes.eu sent me 2 pairs of shoes in the same size, in 2 different colors. One fit and the other was deformed. After an endless exchange of emails, I returned the deformed pair at my expense, after which I received a reimbursement for 10 euros less than the value of the shoes I had purchased.

Never buy any Scholl shoes online. I bought a pair of shoes to attend a wedding and when the package arrived it had come from Italy. At no point did I think I was buying shoes from Italy. UPS then demanded 88 GBP import taxes so I refused the package. It has taken 2 months to obtain my refund (232 GBP) . This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK as I am sure some people would not be comfortable refusing the delivery and pay the taxes.

Truly awful service, 2 pairs of shoes ordered and the issues have been
- discount welcome code not applied
- order has took 2 weeks and still hasn't arrived
- UPS are now asking for import tax! This was not included in the price or made clear at the point of ordering: the cost of the import tax is the cost of a pair of their shoes!
- no help from customer services in how to get a refund and how items can be returned if you refuse delivery and do not pay import tax,

Red magazine advertise these shoes at a price minus any import tax to the U.K. all round feels misleading and not transparent on pricing. Customer service say they have no practice in place at the moment to deal with late orders and import tax!

Scholl-Schuhe läuft über Italien. Ich habe sie dort Anfang Mai bestellt und am 5.6.26 zurück geschickt. Erst nach der Aufforderung per E-Mail letzte Woche meldete sich der Kundenservice. Ich habe 58,95€ plus Versandkosten bezahlt und bekomme nun 48,95€ zurück! So ein Drecksladen, eigentlich hat er nicht einmal einen Stern verdient!

LIvraison normalement sous 4 à 5 jours ouvres en France.
Si vous commandez faites par Klarna en 3 fois: possibilité de déclarer incident de livraison.

Delivery was slow and when the shoes arrived there were 2 different sizes in the box. Terrible customer service. I was sent a FedEx returns label to print ( I don't have a printer and there's no FedEx drop off point local to me) after locating a drop off point and having to pay to have the label printed I was not able to return the items due to not having digital clearance? I contacted customer services again via live chat and was told not to contact them in this way but to speak to them via email. They then sent me another shipping label for Parcel Force, again I had to pay to have this label and a 2nd customs label printed. If you're in the UK my advice would be not to order from Scholl at all!!

Quel dommage que l'on soit obligé de mettre à minima une étoile quand 0 serait déjà trop ! Scholl shoes n'est ni plus ni moins un site frauduleux à FUIRE absolument. J'ai passé commande le 4 juillet, ai été débité illico presto et vais aller chercher mon colis (je n'ose imaginer l'état des chaussures) arrivé le 16 juillet dans un point relais aux antipodes de mon lieu d'habitation. FUYEZ ce site si vous ne voulez pas vous faire arnaquer !

A few years ago I bought a pair of sheepskin lined ankle boots but the soles are not leather ,they appear to be a cheap plastic which is dis integrating. The rest of the boots are perfect. Such a waste. Why use cheap and nasty soles!

Nu al bijna een maand bezig om schoenen een maatje groter om te ruilen tegen de zelfde prijs. Ongelooflijk, laatste keer dat ik hier besteld heb.

Très déçue par la qualité médiocre des chaussures. Semelles qui se détériorent rapidement et une autre paire dont les semelles sont devenues collantes donc immettables, donc poubelle... En plus d'être chères. Plus jamais je ne rachèterais cette marque.

Remember to add a customs charge to the price shown on the website. This is not clear at all!

This is my second order with Scholl and I really like their shoes. However, on top of the price listed on their website, I ended up paying another £55.85 in customs charges. This information is hidden away in their terms and conditions of sale at 6.3. If the Products are to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price stated in the order and order confirmation, including indirect taxes, is net of any customs duties and any other taxes which the Consumer hereby agrees to pay for, if required, in addition to the price stated in the order and order confirmation, as required by laws in force in the country to which the Product will be delivered. For further information on any duties or taxes applicable in his country of residence or destination of the Products, the Consumer is invited to check with the relevant authorities in his country of residence or destination of Products.

Most other companies have worked out how to not pass on these charges after Brexit so I was very shocked to have to pay this amount. I did ask for support from Scholl customer services, but they just referred me to their terms and conditions.

If you want to buy their shoes, perhaps order from a UK stockist instead.

Tutte le aziende sopra a una certa cifra fanno spedizioni gratuite.
Un paio di scarpe da 95€ 4,95 di spese di spedizione. Vergogna!
