Handschoenen zouden geleverd worden tussen 18-21 december. Nu 27 december en helaas iemand moeten teleurstellen vanwege geen kerstcadeau. Nog geen verzendbevestiging ontvangen. Geen tussentijdse update of melding dat het langer zou kunnen duren. Geen telefoonnummer te vinden; ONBETROUWBAAR!
Gelukkig via Klarna betaald.
Update: 30-12 een mail in het Engels ontvangen dat de handschoenen ‘oversold’ waren en dat het nu waarschijnlijk eind januari geleverd wordt. Tja daar komen ze dan 2 weken later pas mee. Ik neem geen risico en heb de order geannuleerd!

I appreciated the size guide when choosing the leather gloves. I would have ordered the incorrect size without it! Thank you! I ordered both leather gloves and a wool scarf. I love the quality of the items! Highly recommend.

Edit: Das Unternehmen zeigt sich bzgl der Lieferverzögerungen sehr großzügig. Ich wurde schnell kontaktiert und mir wurde direkt eine Entschädigung angeboten. Kundenservice ist also zu empfehlen.

Ich habe Ende November eine Bestellung als Weihnachtsgeschenk aufgegeben, die laut Versanddauer Mitte Dezember hätte ankommen sollen. Als das nicht geschah, habe ich den Support kontaktiert, dort hieß es dann, sie kämen bis spätestens 21.Dez. Auch daraus wurde nichts. Nun habe ich eine Versandmitteilung bekommen, bin aber schon nicht mehr in der Stadt. Finde derartige Versandversprechen, die nicht eingehalten werden, extrem fragwürdig. Gerade zu den Feiertagen, wenn man dann ohne Geschenk dasteht.

Malgré un léger retard dans l’expédition de mes gants, je tiens à souligner la qualité du service client. L’équipe a été très réactive, avec un excellent suivi et une communication claire à chaque étape. On se sent vraiment pris en charge. Un service client au top !

Het mail contact over de vertraging ging in de 1e instantie wat stroef maar is daarna goed verlopen en zelfs een compensatie voor het ongemak. Zeker dus de moeite waard van bestellen

I ordered several pairs of gloves from Schwartz & von Halen, including a pair of peccary leather gloves. Upon arrival, I noticed a small manufacturing defect in one glove. I contacted customer service with a clear description and photos, and the matter was handled with remarkable professionalism.

The response was prompt, courteous, and decisive. A replacement pair was arranged immediately, and the new gloves arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Throughout the process, communication was polite, transparent, and reassuring.

I would also like to note that all the other gloves in my order were absolutely beautiful — clearly made with great care, from high-quality materials, and a pleasure to wear. They feel thoughtfully designed and are very much worth the price paid.

While defects can occasionally occur even with high-quality craftsmanship, the way they are addressed truly matters. In this case, Schwartz & von Halen demonstrated excellent customer care, integrity, and respect for their clients.

I am very pleased with both the products and the level of service provided, and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Bestellte Ware kam schnell. Von der Qualität und Passform hat sie mir jedoch nicht zugesagt. Ich habe sie zurückgesandt und wie bereits bei anderen Rezessionen zu lesen ist warte ich seit Wochen auf meine Erstattung. Der Verkäufer reagiert auch nicht auf den Paypal Käuferschutz.

Un petit retard de traitement et très vite le SAV prend le relais pour expliquer la cause.

The gloves I bought are really soft and warm and they were delivered quickly. Now winter can come :-)

Le gel d’entretien a été oublié d’être envoyé avec ma commande de gants . Le service client va m’envoyer en compensation un tube de 50ml et geste commercial.
Les gants sont très souples, beaux et font des doigts fins ( plus jolis en réel que sur les photos du site )

Commande effectuée le 9/12. Le dite annonçait une livraison avant Noël...la livraison a pris un peu de retard mais finalement le colis a bien été livré dans les temps, merci à schwartz-vonhalen pour ses actions correctives
