Having purchased a Honda quad previously from AMPhillip, which has been an excellent machine, I was happy to return to the same company to purchase our 2nd quad. The advice received from Brian and subsequent support has been excellent.

No number plate ..
Headlights upside down
Radio didnt work..
Boom lock not working properly..

the order of our JCB teletruk was well handled by ScotJCB from start to delivery

Probably the best company to back up there product by way of spares and service. Sort the product first get the customer going then sort out the problem. A real team effort company.

Good response and follow up.by sales, efficient dealings with the office staff by phone and email.
This was followed by updates from service department and delivery on time.

Very pleased with purchase from start to finish. Salesman extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Would purchase from JCB again.

Recently purchased a micro digger from the Alnwick Branch. Good service kept updated on delivery dates etc . No complaints at all .

Not a great experience using them and the materials and labour are overpriced.

Great service from all at the Aberdeen depot.

Very pleased with product and salesman. (Teletruk, Ken Campbell)

I was delighted with my purchase both with value for money and time taken to complete the order.
Andrew handled the whole process well keeping me informed on progress
