Ik kocht een Scotch & Soda Ralston via Bol.com in maat W33/L34, een model dat ik al jaren draag. Thuis bleek de broek maar liefst 5 cm korter dan elke andere Ralston in dezelfde maat die ik bezit; overduidelijk een productiefout.

Omdat Bol.com dit model niet meer verkoopt, wendde ik mij tot Scotch & Soda zelf. Helaas kreeg ik slechts een standaardantwoord: omdat de broek niet via hun eigen webshop gekocht is, kunnen ze niets betekenen. Geen empathie, geen inhoudelijke reactie op de fabricagefout, geen enkele bereidheid om mee te denken.

Juridisch begrijp ik het misschien nog, maar van een merk in dit prijssegment verwacht je meer dan een scriptmatige afwijzing. Het gaat hier niet om geld terug, maar om een correct product, iets wat je als klant normaal zou mogen verwachten.

Zonde, want het had met een beetje klantgerichtheid zo anders kunnen lopen.

Ik koop al heel lang Scotch en Soda maar er is iets gigantisch mis met de maatvoering. Ik ben al jaren een M, of 29/30 of 38. Maar nu passen zelfs de L korte broeken niet, allemaal veels te klein, de 30 is geen 30 enz enz. Wat is er ineens aan de hand, zijn we over op maten alleen voor mini mensen.... ik baal want ooit hadden jullie gewoon een normle gemiddeld mensen maatvoering, zoals het hoort.

Dit gaat niet om de al oude scotch en soda. Deze is namelijk failliet. Dit lijkt te gaan om scotchandsoda.eu wat zoals ik het zie oplichters zijn.

Keine Retoure erstattet bekommen, ging zum Glück über Paypal, als ich den Fall angezeigt habe

So disappointed. I’ve been a loyal Scotch customer for years now, and made a simple mistake of placing the wrong size shoe. In most cases, it’s no problem. As it was super late, I filled out the contact form immediately requesting to cancel the order. I received a reply this morning basically saying, “we’ll try, but there’s no guarantee”.

What!? It was literal minutes later that I tried cancelling the order. So I call customer service, and they tell me the shipping label was created, and that the item I ordered is non-returnable, and I’m stuck with these shoes that don’t fit.

The worst part is that I used my Club Soda points I had saved up for this purchase, and they didn’t even offer to return them to me.

The person I spoke to clearly didn’t care about my problem, why are you in customer service if you don’t care about making things right?

She also informed me that “they don’t cancel orders”, and it states that clearly on the website.

How interesting, because I had to go through every stupid link at the bottom of the site to find that information.

Trash experience, trash policy.

I admit it was my mistake, but to not make any kind of concession or help me in any way is egregious. Avoid this company.

Had a pleasurable shopping experience at the V&A Waterfront branch.
A chap called Liam was extremely helpful,his smile,appearance and interaction made us feel at ease,and could not be better suited for his

Ik heb online een jas besteld, die binnen een week werd geleverd. Helaas bleek de kwaliteit tegen te vallen, dus besloot ik deze te retourneren. Scotch & Soda maakt het retourproces echter onnodig lastig, aangezien ze geen retourlabel voorzien. Hierdoor moest ik zelf €20 aan verzendkosten betalen om de jas naar hun magazijn in Nederland te sturen. Nu wacht ik op de terugbetaling.

Auf gar keinen Fall dort bestellen. Ich habe von 4 Artikeln 3 zurückgesendet. Auf eigene Kosten (knapp 14,- nach Niederlande). Schlimmer ist, dass per Sendungsverfolgung die Ware bereits vor Wochen angekommen ist, aber eine Erstattung nicht erfolgt. "Kundenservice" reagiert nicht mehr. Betrug!

Pakket begin Januari niet ontvangen, in eerste instantie een snelle reactie van de klantenservice tot dat ik een formulier ingevuld had.
Nu geen contact meer mee te krijgen en mails worden niet beantwoord.

Al jaren lang Scotch fan maar dit is echt belabberd.

Ware hat seid Jahren ihre Qualität verloren. Die Return kosten muss man selbst tragen und betragen in meinem Fall 15€ da es ins Ausland geht. Alles im einen keine Empfelung.

Defekte Ware geliefert (Knöpfe fehlerhaft genietet). Ich soll die Jeans jetzt auf eigene Kosten in die Niederlande zurück schicken um dann den Kaufpreis (nicht meine Versandkosten!) erstattet zu bekommen. Service: --

Update (19.01.): habe doch noch ein DHL Rücksendeschein bekommen und auch die Erstattung ist inzwischen da. Man muss dafür aber erst per eMail am dem KI-Mail-Bot vorbei kommen. Erhöht von einem auf 2 Sterne.

All your questions are answered by AI, if answered at all. No person is involved in any of the complaint procedures, resulting in very unclear handling of returns and no certainty at all of getting any money back.

Shame on you Scotch and Soda, what a disgrace of a brand you have become.

Voor 450€ aan kleding besteld waaronder met een 150€ gift card. Nu heb ik voor 200€ aan kleding teruggestuurd en krijg ik 50€ terug op mijn bank en 150€ terug op mijn gift card. Echt belachelijk! En dat terwijl ik al jarenlang een vaste klant ben! Customer service doet er niets aan!
Hier koop ik na het gebruiken van mijn kaart niets meer als dit niet anders opgelost kan worden.

Ce fut une très bonne marque, mais plus depuis son rachat.
À l’époque la marque était engagée sur la provenance des matériaux, le lieux d’assemblage, etc... Sur le site, chaque article détaillait de manière précise tout ce qui composait le vêtement.
C’était assez cher et justifié, on achetait de beaux vêtements, bien faits.
Maintenant, ce sont des articles banales made in china, je me demande même si ce n’est pas du drop shipping revendu à des prix exorbitants.
Ce n’est plus de bonne qualité, il n’y a plus cette attention au détail dans les coutures ou dans les motifs qui étaient cachés à l’intérieur des vêtements ou sur des revers de chemises.
De plus, maintenant le retour en cas de problème de taille ou de qualité est à nos frais, c’est une grosse blague.
Ça me fait mal au coeur de le dire mais c’est à fuir absolument.

ik probeer een parfum te kopen, en de site loopt gewoon niet. Eerste en laatste keer dat ik iets hier probeer te kopen

Commande avec frais de port offerts et livraison rapide. Mais... taille beaucoup trop grand (S=L) et échange-retour impossible via le site- ne fournissent pas d'étiquette de retour donc frais de retour à ma charge : 21EUROS !! pour un pull .
Vu que je ne sais pas échanger, je dois refaire une commande sans savoir si la nouvelle commande sera la bonne. Je vais donc en rester là pour éviter que les frais de retour me coûtent plus cher que le pull . En espérant au moins qu'on me rembourse mon achat.

Mon fils aime cette marque. Du coup on lui a pris un bon cadeau de 150 euros dans un magasin S&S, marqué S&S, etc.. Pas longtemps après, le distributeur dépose le bilan et les magasins ferment (au moins à Lyon). Quelques mois plus tard, le magasin réouvre.
Le support en ligne, le magasin, le liquidateur judiciaire, ... tout le monde vous explique qu'il est désolé (tu parles) mais ne peut rien faire. Pendant ce temps, la vente continue!
Chacun fait ce qu'il veut, mais moi je ne joue plus (ou alors au loto).

J'ai toutes les preuves si ça intéresse un avocat bénévole qui veut se faire la main sur une multinationale borderline.

Acheté une paire de baskets. Le dessus de la chaussure est juste en tissus donc pas étanche du tout et couleur banche différente du reste. Confort moyen. Les coutures sont bien faites ça ne veux pas le prix
