Great delivery communication
Had our furniture delivered today from SCS. Everything went as planned. A text message the night before giving us a planned delivery slot.Then a message an hour before on the morning of delivery. Delivered ontime. All packaging removed furniture assembled and tested. Thanks John and Huw.

Excellent service from George at ScS
We went into the Bristol imperial park
store just to have a look at prices for sofa beds. Got chatting to a guy called George who was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the model types available, and although we hadn’t planned to. We bought one!

Need more communication
Well ordered my sofa 2nd sept
Paid in full in store
was told delivery middle of November
sill waiting for a email to arrange delivery
Not able to track sofa as says website
not working
and on top of this the store Where it was purchased is undergoing a six week makeover so nobody there
I have tried to email no reply requested call back three times and not one call 68 min wait on lines today so fair to say Shocking customer service
help me scs need more Communication it’s a lot of money can’t review the sofa because I haven’t even seen it🙄

Salesman was very helpful took me around the store with tape measures for small two seater sofa which I have to have as I am moving from house to a flat so that’s why awarded five star👍

We visited the Bristol Imperial store…
We visited the Bristol Imperial store on 4th Sept. We were approached by the salesman Allan, he asked what we were looking for and advised where in the store to look, then left us to view on our own and to ask if we need any further help or information. He was extremely helpful when we wanted more information on price and delivery etc. We didn't feel under any pressure and were left to carry on viewing and making up our minds on what we wanted. He looked after us so well and gave us all the information we needed and what the next steps would be.

Great service
Great service, from purchasing through to delivery which was efficient. The delivery guys were friendly and polite. They removed all packaging from our furniture and took it away with them. No hesitation in using them again.

Service wasn’t great
Haven’t received my sofa yet should be a few weeks. But the in store service I had was ok but not to say I would recommend. Wasn’t helpful with my taking a swatch home as I’d I wanted to match my walls at home with the colour but I did my own research and found out I could or a sample online. Then after purchasing my sofa which gone up about £459 for ‘foam cushions’ I was a bit unsure how it had came to this price but they lady hadn’t mentioned it.. anyway went home looked online and the lady hadn’t taken off the in the sale price. Anything for extra commission eh?! Rung customer service they sorted this out for me, but then had to return to store to edit my credit agreement. So a lot of faff, wish I had ordered online after seeing the colour just for the inconvenience I had with it all.
