First time into store (Chester), we were welcomed and asked if we had been before, Tristan introduced himself and explained how things worked, fabrics/ delivery etc. We browsed and Tristan checked in throughout, giving hints/tips/ explanations to sofa's we were looking at. His advice actually changed my mind about what I thought i wanted. He was available but not intrusive. I mentioned the issues of access small door ways ect, he measured the sofa and had already told us that they can be dismantled. Once decided the whole process was straight forward. Everything was explained clearly, and again his advice on sofa care was knowledgeable. We even bought a chair and footstool that caught our eye. Tristan's knowledge and humour made the whole experience a pleasure.

The lady in the store, Hana, was extremely helpful while we were deciding on which chair to choose. As a result we made our choice and placed our order. The chair is not due to be delivered until October and so I'll reserve judgement on the overall service quality until we receive the chair.

Jack took the time to help us choose the best option (mine, not my husband’s! 😄) and even arranged to source the chair we wanted from another store. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. The delivery guys where pleasant and took good care when unpacking the order leaving no mess.

I ordered 2 lounge chairs and found there was so many colours and materials you could choose from it was amazing the range you had to choose from. I was given a delivery date but they notified me they had arrived for delivery early. Delivery was spot on time and the delivery guys so nice and helpful. I am really pleased with the material and colours they coordinate amazingly with other furniture in the room. Would definitely go back in the future.

From day one with Jack in chester shop -to delivery on 13th July- everything went accordingly to plan -george& Peter delivery men were excellent & helpful -messages along the way were good & precise

Brought everything into the house carefully and took all the packaging with them . They explained how everything worked before they went .

If i could have left a Zero Star rating I would off.
On eof teh worst customer experiences I have ever had to deal with and what it has taught me is NEVER TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Poltronsofa agaain.
Now the in store experience was good and I cant fault them but its the delivery service that completely let this down. Starting ith being told I needed to explain myself and why and couldn't take the original delivery slot and then being refused an alternate date. Finally agreeing that anytime after 2 would be ok as i would be home. NONE of these messages were acted upon or sent to the delivery depot as confirmed by teh depot manager. Every time you call the number you select cal me back and its around 2 hours later.
And then the call operator cuts you off and doesn't bother to call you back so its once again call the number and wait to be called back. Then when asking to speak to a customer services manager being refused again and then told it would be close to another 2 months before they could deliver the sofa. I ended up going back to store ready to cancel my order as I had had enough of the really poor service and thsi is not a one off it was every time I called. Thankfully the store manager in the space of less than 5 mins sorted it out and re-arranged delivery.

BUT I WILL STILLNEVER USE THE SCS / Poltronesofa again
