I absolutely love my two-seater reclining sofa! When I visited their Llanelli shop, the staff were friendly and cheerful. Selecting the fabric myself meant it took a while to be ready, but it was worth the wait. The delivery was smooth, and the team was highly professional. Assembly was quick. I strongly recommend it!

Not rushed or followed around and sat on lots of sofas and tried them out. Everything explained clearly when we came into the store and about the colours available, what all the information on the tags meant. Explained what fabrics were best for dogs and to ask if we wanted to see any fabric colours in daylight mode. Not pressurised by Salesperson at all and he was very informative and answered all our questions clearly when we asked him for help.

The sales lady was very helpful, informative and gave us time and space to decide what furniture was best for us.

Knowledgeable staff member, friendly but not pushy. She was able to suggest different fabric options to suit my current room furniture.
