Very helpful staff member Evan nothing to much trouble for him

Staff member friendly and knowledgeable without constantly checking on me but was there to help when decision made. Happy with service received in store. Down one star as SCS no longer offer the service of taking the old sofas away leaving me with trying to sort that out, not too happy with 3 months wait either.

Great value leather sofa , waited 3 months from order as stated.
Contacted a week or so before delivery, then contacted the day before then again contacted by the driver on exact time of delivery., Perfect ..👍👍

I did my initial look ABT the range before going to the Newport store. By complete chance the recliner that I was interested in was part of the first suite in the store, so I tried it for fit and it was good!
I looked quickly around the shop but I had found my choice but while I was away my Wife had looked at the suite that matched the recliner and so we ended up purchasing two recliner chairs and a double seater reclining settee. Thanks to Dawn, who stayed with us throughout, gave advice on coverings and worked out a good deal for us!

Unfortunately the young girl in SCS gave me sizes for my new sofa,I made sure it would fit..when my sofa arrived the sizes were all wrong,now im left with half of my sofa in a spare room that does not fit..
The quality of my sofa is fantastic..really comfy..
I will be contacting SCS personally,as im dissatisfied with the size.

My mother was looking for a sofa and chair, I took her there as she had seen it advertised on the tv. We entered and a young man approach us we explained what we were after. He told us to look around and if we found anything to let him know. We didn't feel pressured at any time. He explained all about the different colours and material. My mother looked at about 5 then seen the one she wanted. We called Evan over and he proceeded the order for us. We even had a few tote bags. Every thing was straight forward.

Very finishing design and it's very much comfy the sofa is exact how I imagine to be nice colour very good job I love my sofa thank you soo much for making lovely sofa .

I would have preferred a little bit more communication between purchasing the furniture and delivery and a little bit more notice re the delivery window although once received was spot on. The two gentlemen who delivered the furniture were great, really helpful
