I can understand how frustrating it must have been, especially as you were waiting, and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Chaps from SCS showed up to deliver sofa. All on time, great attitude, couldn’t do enough, sofa all up and running and with a walk through of features all in 20mins. Awesome service

Steven was brilliant showing us around and informing us of all the different fabrics that could be used for certain labelled pieces of furniture. This led to us buying Luga sofa and mixing up with a swivel chair and tub chair in matching leather, so it still looks like a matching suite. Thank you Steven
