Excellent Delivery and in Store Service
Delivery on time, efficient and friendly. Excellent service. Customer service however, not so good as had a lot of trouble contacting them to pay the balance of the bill. Took 3 days, 2 unanswered emails, phone calls not returned or not returned until the next day the the email with the payment link, promised by their website, never received. In store service was very good and the product appears to be good. (Early days)

Sofa has not arrived
Sofa has not arrived. Ordered back in September was due the 28th November. no contact update from SCS. Had to go into store in Fenton Stoke-On-Trent. Staff said problems with the system still showing delivery in the past. His system had not updated. Said he would update me later..haven't heard anything yet. 6th December

Not impressed
Not impressed! My delivery was due around the 25th november and already waited 6 weeks. Now it's the 6th December and finally got in touch with them after it saying they are having difficulties.. it has give me a delivery date after 21st December!!

Pleasant, professional,unpressured service
It's 25 years since I last purchased a sofa. So with somewhat out of date knowledge we could have been overwhelmed with information and choice but Irene at the Stoke on Trent store was exceptionally helpful without bamboozling or pressurising us. She discussed options and finishes and helped us to select a very comfy three piece with recliners . Excellent service.

if I could give no stars I would!!
if I could give no stars I would!!! my parents bought a sofa from this company and the seating collapsed when sitting on it .we complained as my father was recently ill with Prostate Cancer and needed a good comfortable sofa to sit on , they said they needed photos we sent photos of obvious unevenness in the seating, they then proceeded to say we now need to send a technician, the technician came and said that the springs had been spaced wrong in the workshop and he will repair it and we need to get back in touch with SCS as was not fit for purpose . I proceeded to speak to SCS giving them the technicians findings The lady replied that the technicians findings were that the sofa had been damaged in the home ! absolute complete lies !!! told me one thing told them something different to suit there narrative !!! the EMMERIA GROUP were the company who I now know lied to SCS telling me one thing and them another, my parents are in there 80 s and only he sits on the sofa NO DAMAGE was made to the sofa it was incorrectly made I am now going for a chargeback from there debit card company as it was sold NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE !!!! DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY !!!! THIS WILL BE GOING ON TO SOCIAL MEDIA ALSO!! DISGUSTING COMPANY WITH THE EMMERIA GROUP TELLING THEM WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR !!!!

Delivery OK my son in law had to help…
Delivery OK my son in law had to help me put it in position but as I am disabled it was a struggle one of the men helped take of the plastic but that was it we paid £30 for carpet protectors but have not received them

In store - friendly and professional staff, showed us various ranges to match our needs, helped us to make an informed decision. No rush, let us take our time.
Delivery - lads were careful, friendly and professional. Installed furniture and placed it where we wanted it.
