There was a lot of choice in store and after an initial introduction we were given time and space to browse, the sales man interjecting occasionally.
When we visited the next day, to get a quote we felt that the salesman had the sale in view and wasn't necessarily listening to our needs. However, we were able to manage this come away with exactly what we wanted.

The smell as you enter the store was absolutely amazing. The customer service from Pete was second to none. He was great. Very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We came back the day after to buy our sofa from him.

From start to finish our SCS experience was first class. The sales person in the Warrington branch was excellent, the communications prior to delivery was excellent and the actual delivery today was outstanding. The two guys were polite, professional and they set up the sofas in very quick time. I would recommend SCS to everyone.

If I could give minus stars I would. If you would like your property damaged by delivery men, get no help from telephone calls, emails or contact page online, then this is the company for you.
If however, you would like your new furniture to be delivered without property damage then I suggest you go to one of the many other furniture companies available. Disgraceful customer service!

Furniture delivered more than 2h late. No updates or tracking. Furniture okay but expensive compared to UK made furniture.

Had 2 suites Sisi Italia and the Fallon both collapsed, no padding at all their own technician was horrified.. then was charged £159 fir the 'free' kit to keep the leather clean and had insurance added when I specified I couldn't afford it both suites were 4/5k please check Facebook SCS complaints group before purchasing anything

We'd had a suite from another big name sofa company for over 15 years, but found one we liked at SCS. Paid and delivered quite quickly. However the quality after just 4 years is awful. Bits constantly falling off, springs on one chair have gone leaving a dent, not impressed at all. Will not buy from here again

3 different delivery days before our new settees arrived but they have somehow lost the £400 foot stool. Incredbly amateurish from the start to finish whenever that may be.
The first delivery day never updated the link i was given so sat around all day waiting. Finally got a call at 19:15 after giving up waiting about 30 minutes earlier No contact or call from delivery team until then.
I called back to point of purchase the next day and dealt with someone who was not in charge as the manger was off. He apologised but informed me that he had very little sway over the delivery team and could not give me delivery day.
Eventually the second delivery date the link was updated regularly until about 13:30 when the shop manager rang to inform me i would not be getting the settees that day. No reason given just apologies. He then promised me i would receive the settees the following Monday and indeed i did. The drivers were courteous and helpful. However as previously stated there was no footstool.
I rang to find out and got no direct answer from the drivers. The next day i went to the shop to see the staff only to find the shop was shut as they were moving to another location. A fella outside the door kindly passed me the number of the distribution depot. I called them and spoke with someone who promised a call back in ten minutes once he had checked,
An hour later i had to call back as i'd heard nothing from him. I repeated this over the next 3 days and was only told they had lost it. Seems like if i hadn't asked no one was faintly interested. I went to the new location the following day after delivery and spoke with the manager who was very nice and apologetic but useless. He had no answer where it was and said it would be reordered but would be another 12 weeks before i see it if it doesn't get lost again. From point of sale they are lovely then it all falls apart and is worse than poor.
The whole pocess should be seamless but it's anything but with different departments blaming each other and the poor customer being ignored once they have the money. I intended to purchase a further 2 settees for another room but that won't be happening.
A completely unreliable company who will never see another penny from me.

We went to the Warrington store and had excellent service from Philippa. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with us. There was no hard pressure on us to make a decision. We liked that she listened to what we needed and she suggested suitable suites that may suit our needs. We settled on one and she helped in decision making over the fabric and colour choice. All options for purchase and "extras" were explained and the benefits of the various extras were explained and again no hard pressure to get us to add anything.
We chose our suite and everything that Philippa said would happen with delivery timescales and actual delivery happened as promised.
We went back in store with our carpet sample to see if the choice we had made was the right one and again Philippa helped us decide if the carpet colour would look right with our suite colour.
The suite delivery went smoothly and we were kept informed about date and time via text.
The whole process went smoothly.
We love our new suite, it is comfortable and fits in perfectly. We look forward to many happy years of sitting on it!!!!
We waited to review our experience until we had received the suite and had chance to use it.
