I’ve lost my money because they never sent the product I ordered

SDECORSHOP.COM is a scam website with chinese individuals who lives in New York behind it. They never send you what is advertised on their website. They tooks pictures from other online merchants, post on their website, and sell it for 80% less. Once you order and pay, they send you a tracking number but the item is some worthless chinese plastic toys.

They ship you their worthless plastic toys from a chinese warehouse shipper in New York, 147-03 182nd Street, Jamaica, NY 11413. Their phone number is 501-364-9366.

After numerous complaints, they now publish their contact address as in china, with a chinese phone number. Google would not shut down this scammer and allow it to continue to scam consumer.

I'm being generous by giving this company a 1 star. I ordered Christmas decorations. They looked nothing like their website. I sent product back for a full refund. They got the product back, but I never received my refund. They kept telling me it was put in my Venmo account....really how do you know my Venmo account. This company is a joke, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THE PRODUCTS ARE CRAP!!!

This Company Sdecorshop is a SCAM Alright.. I wanted to get this Doll for my granddaughter as it showed in the pictures it was a cloth homemade doll. I couldn't wait for my grand daughter to get it. It cost me $60. When it finally came, but at first it had said it was delivered.. when it wasn't delivered the day it said it was. She was nice enough to let me know it was still coming of course. When it finally was delivered to my daughters house. I asked her to send me a picture of what it looked like.. Just to make sure it was , what I ordered .. for $60.!! When I got the picture , I was Floored.. and appalled .. I couldn't believe my eyes.. She got a Small Plastic CraP Doll.. with crocheted hat and sweater.. which was all supposed to be hand made.. It was NOTHING like the picture in the ad. So Ridiculous.. I tried to get her to get my money back! SHE Wouldn't of course. I was no way going to mail it back to Freaking China. ! Seriously.. !!!
BUT she would only offer me a discount.. I said no way,I want ALL MY MONEY BACK , you scammed me sent me a plastic doll that was supposed to be a cloth homemade doll.. total SCAM! She will get what's coming to her.!!. She is nothing but a Fraud.. I was able to get my $$ back from my credit card company.. And The DOLL IS IN THE TRASH ! GONE! I will find another doll that is so much better than this piece of crap that was sent!. This person/ business needs to be OUT OF BUSINESS.She is a Heartless person. I told her she is a FRAUD, ! I got a teeny, tiny plastic piece of crap straight from China,I spoke to was super helpful. customer service was so kind and solved the problem immediately. Very happy!

I wished I had read these reviews before would never had bought the Brush Cutter. It took forever to get to me and then when I tried to return it because it did not fit my trimmer. I was told to give it to a friend or if I do send it back would cost $20 the same as previous comments were made. BUYER BEWARE!

Do not buy anything from this website!!! I bought the shoes and I got a CHEAP replica with hard soles, fake air cushion , no memory foam, no mesh fabric. I tried to return the item and they came up with all excuses even suggesting to give the shoes to someone in need instead of paying for return shipping which they said would be 20$.
Bottom line , the shoes are not the ones you see in the video! It is a company in China and that says it all

I ordered a wreath and they said it was delivered to my mailbox. Wrong!!!! I have informed delivery that shows every piece of mail or package delivered to my address. They tried to say it was left in my mailbox. WRONG!! How does a 19 inch wreath fit in a small box that only holds letters?? They will argue that you are lying and you get nowhere. The tracking number they give is invalid. I provided all evidence and verification that their so called package was NOT delivered and that their tracking number is invalid on every company(USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS) to PayPal along with screenshots of informed delivery every day. These people are thieves and it’s a shame that they are still able to con people out of their money. I have filed a claim with PayPal and hopefully PayPal will give me my money back. This company needs to be shut down!!! No one from this company has offered to refund my money and will only give you the run around. They will tell you that their shipping shows it was delivered. Well it has to go through one of 3 channels, USPS, Fed Ex or UPS and all of them show invalid tracking and no package has been scanned in for my address. Here's my letter requesting a return, and their response. I will give them credit for a good laugh. Sorry I can't post photos of the product, but if someone was giving it away I wouldn't take it. As an FYI, the item purchased was the glass wave sculpture with stand. Even the photo they posted was stolen from legit sites that I've since discovered.

Hello Sdecor team. Yesterday I received the above referenced order. Attached please see a photo of the item received next to the on-line photo of the product. This is in no way the quality referenced in the photo and description. It is not glass, but plastic. It is not transparent so window light does not pass through. The stand is also much cheaper. How do I return?

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I did not receive the doll I ordered. I was told I would have to pay $20 to return the doll they sent and wait one month before they would send the one I ordered. Terrible customer service and faulty logistics. Do not order from this company.

If I could give a ZERO I would! This place is a joke! First i had to keep emailing them about my items that I ordered. This “Milli’ girl gave me a tracking number and when I went to click on it it showed a pictures of 18 wheelers? So I emailed her back saying it doesn’t show me nothing. Finally over a month later I got my wooden liquor shelves. Oml! I’m the pictures they where big and beautiful, when I got them, they were so small and bent, and chipped! Nothing like what was on the website. I’m talking small!!!! So I emailed them at least 7-8 times now. That “milli’ girl said I’d have to pay a $20 charge to send it back. Haha but I should keep them and give to a fiend and they’d give me a 15 percent off of my next purchase! Haha well, they’ll NEVER B ANOTHER PURCHASE! This place should be reported. They are crooked and do not help you at all! Liars!!!

Ordered a 30 inch chucky doll, received a small chucky figure with accessories. Emailed them sent original order picture with pictures of received item. They replied I got what I ordered. If I return, I pay 20.00 shipping...for their mistake. Total dishonesty. I will be filing a complaint with PayPal. Don't order from this company....they stink.

Absolute scam company. What I ordered was completely misrepresented. What was advertised as a metal model of a working V8 engine was actually a cheap resin plastic static piece of junk that smelled of chemicals and cheaply painted. After following their rather complex terms for a refund I repackaged and shipped the item back to China in early January including tracking. After a month and a half the item cleared customs in China then mysteriously disappeared. It has now been nearly three months since I shipped it back. They have no intention of ever receiving the item therefore never refunding my money.
