A Good Experience Again

My journey was cancelled by the train operator. There was a no fuss refund from seat frog for the upgrade I bought. Another good experience with seat frog. Thanks to Mollie, the lovely customer support staff, who sorted it out for me. I appreciate it.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, always try and book their tickets if I can. Had a slight error (on my part) recently and Mollie resolved it for me promptly and was really helpful-thank you!

Great service

Used twice on one trip first outward trip one was great no issues and used upgrade. Return journey my train got cancelled. But I was refunded for my upgrade and it was sorted super quickly.

Train cancellation

Ella was absolutely fantastic with guidance throughout this process of reclaiming my money due to the train cancellation.

She was very quick to respond and gave specific direction due to several errors on my behalf.

Made booking mistake but Seatfrog kindly resolved it

I made a mistake whilst booking, and was upset and stressed about it, but Aaron from Seatfrog quickly replied to my email to their help inbox.

Aaron kindly helped me out and was both very understanding and informative. I really appreciate it, and it felt especially nice to have a 'human' interaction rather than talking to a chatbot! Thank you, Aaron and the Seatfrog team!

Seatfrog Always Deliver

Seatfrog always deliver, even when they don’t…. I upgraded to first class, the train had been heavily over booked by GWR, there was standing room only in both first and standard.

I contacted Seatfrog, and mollie from Seatfrog customer service refunded me, the service I had was second to none.

DO NOT USE - UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS TAKEN

I received a notification that I had made a bid when I was in another area of the country to the train route ‘bid’ on, I contacted customer service and received no offer of a refund.

All Seatfrog payments are authorised by the bidder. When placing a bid, you’re shown the specific journey details, bid amount, and payment screen before confirming your maximum bid or instant purchase. A bid can only be placed after this confirmation step, and authorisation is given at that point.

In this case, the bid was placed in advance and authorised for the selected journey and amount. While we understand it’s frustrating if travel plans change, bids are still counted if not cancelled by the user before the auction becomes live.

Great first impression 👍

Had an issue with ticket on my first purchase and reached out to Seatfrog. Mollie sorted issue out very quickly and more than happy with my first experience. Will book again for sure!

Excellent app and customer service

I have used Seatfrog on a few occasions now and I’ve always been really happy.

The app is very simple and easy to use, nice and intuitive even for an occasional user such as myself.

I also needed to get in touch with the customer service team recently, who were of great help and support. Specifically calling out Ella who was understanding of a difficult situation and was able to help me.

Exemplary customer service

Ella is a true asset to the company. She stepped in when I was very ill and unable to travel, and resolved my query in no time. I'll happily recommend Seatfrog and use it in future.

Excellent customer service

Bought seatfrog upgrades , but my outward bound train was cancelled. After a bit of a misunderstanding, mainly on my part, seatfrog refunded both my upgrades that I could not use. Excellent service from the customer services who explained everything to me. Hopefully next time I upgrade my train wont be cancelled.

Efficient and friendly service

I unfortunately paid for an upgrade for myself and my 2 daughters but due to delays because of bad weather, the carriages on our train were de classified. Seatfrog were amazing, efficiently replied to my emails, empathised and refunded the upgrade cost within a single email response. Customer service is fantastic, if only all online transactions were so easy! Thank you
