I am so impressed with the service that I received.

Initially I was disappointed because the item I received was incorrect. I contacted them via email on Sunday afternoon and they responded within 30 minutes. They arranged dispatch of the correct item on Monday via DPD and I received it Tuesday by 9:30.

Jason was very friendly and helpful, and to respond on a Sunday afternoon was totally unexpected.

I had a problem with an item bought through eBay. Jason replied immediately to my eBay message requesting a photo of the problem. As soon he received the photo he arranged next day delivery of a replacement by DPD. Amazing service.

After a multitude of problems getting the pump delivered Secure fix went out of their way to resolve my clients problems. Despite the pump being a day late this was the fault of the carrier and not the Securefix. Thank you

I had a problem with delivery due to the Royal Mail delay which finally delivered the item after a very long time. I thought item was lost and informed SecureFix Direct about it. Seller sent a replacement item. Very reliable seller and great and friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

I have had two orders fulfilled by securefix, the first for a winch which was priced well and was delivered very quickly. The second order was for some bow shackles I needed for a specific job which was cancelled at the last minute. I emailed SecureFix to see if I could cancel the order and the person dealing with my request, Jason, could not have been more helpful and sorted out a refund almost immediately, despite the order being on route. Excellent customer service.

I bought a boat hook from secureFix when it arrived it was that bent even the postman asked if it was meant to be that shape. I let them know Just so they could change courier or make amendments to packaging. Jason offered me a refund or replacement straight away even though it was not their fault. I would certainly use and recommend this company to any of my family and friends 1st class👍👍
