Mario was extremely patient with me

Mario was extremely patient with me. He was very helpful in locating a storage unit as close as possible to my location. The registration process is extremely difficult to complete on line but Mario was very helpful, patient, and considerate. Mario has to be one of a kind when it comes to customer service.

I have made two reservations to set up…

I have made two reservations to set up for my storage unit and the office has been closed each time. I have not been able to connect with anyone other than the call center taking calls. How does the company expect to gain new customers if they are unavailable for the customers to start the process? I am needing to move my belongings into a storage unit asap and now I have wasted 2 days.

It was a very pleasant experience

It was a very pleasant experience. I was helped by. I believe it was Rosa to finish up my contract when I went into the office. Really surprised at how the office was set up with the camera, but I like that I was able to find my unit and get in and have the code to get in the unit was very clean. I’m very glad that I chose this storage units.
