Great reservation experience

Every was smooth and easy to get and set up anytime space to rent wayne

Christina was awesome! Super clear explaining everything, she showed us the unit and had us signed up in no time!
Units are clean and the place looked well looked after.

Von explained the process and made it easy to complete!

Agent who made the reservation outright lied. Unit was advertised online (i took a picture). When I requested the paperwork, Ample Storage told me is was double the cost — from $50 mo to $100. This is fraudulent!

It is easy.....easy enough for a baby boomer to navigate! I only reserved it thus far but I've been pleased with the process.

Good Day. The sign up and log in was smooth and effective. I spoke to the manager of the storage site in Miami where I had a reservation and double checked all the information and she said they would supply a lock and that I was good to go to my space and park my vehicle in the allotted space. I drove to the facility and after several tries with the code the gate opened. I drove to my space and there was a new lock on the door but no key anywhere and the office was closed. I checked everywhere for a lockbox or something that might give me a key. There was nothing else I could do, so I drove my car home. I called and left multiple messages on the voicemail of the facility and I am waiting to hear back from the manager. I have to leave on an airplane today, but have arranged to have someone drive my car once I can make arrangements with the manager and avoid a second mistake. I plan to store the car in my space until late November when I return to Miami. I would appreciate some help, and am waiting to hear back from the manager Tina at 16970 NW 4th Ave Facility 20611.

Very confusing tried to give me a storage in another state. Have not received a code to get in

The agent at this facility was extremely helpful…Glad you have such an awesome, helpful individual who went above board to assist me

The online portal stated they had the unit available drive to the location and they claim it was no unit available,unprofessional and a waste of time especially advertising something that isn’t available

if this is for the overall brokerage over the sites. i feel it was done well. And they even tried to get me out of the bad situation i was in with the first reservation. if for the Extra Space Storage Company- it has been stellar so far. IF this is for the Gator State Storage Site- that was not good. I went to that location to find my unit was already occupied. I still have not had ANY response/contact from the manager/owner for that site after nearly 36 hours. Needless to say, i did not get what i paid for and am requesting refund. I went with Extra Space Storage and they have been wonderful so far.

I plan to move in April 10th. On April 10th i went to the office to get my number to my storage and saw that I had been signed up for April 5th. I wanted April 10th and did not move anything in until that date but was charged for April 5th. I went to the office and they would not refund those few days

It was a good experience.

Friendly office staff, very helpful for first timers. Recommend

Loved that I see the available storage units on line and pick what’s available. The online process was quick and easy.
