Senator Windows レビュー

16th May . Just a further update on the supply and installation of Senator Windows. Its now 5 months since the installation of the triple glazed windows and doors by Senator. Its over a month since the replacement accoustic glass at an additional cost of €2200.
All regular traffic noise levels can be heard through the glass resulting in many a sleepless night. The radio is on throughout the day, to block out the traffic noise. Temperature level from outside can be felt through the glass. Glass in the inside is warm/cold reflecting the outside temps. Condensation has occurred.
The Company insists you pay up front, in full prior to delivery and installation . This is not the case with all Companies.

From the first contact with Keith in Senator to installation day with Dave, Carl and Craig, it was a first class operation. The new French doors are a massive upgrade of the original doors. We are really pleased with the result. Many thanks to Senator for their five star service.

Richard the sales representative provided a very professional, personalised and excellent service. The 2 men who delivered and fitted the windows and doors did an excellent job, they did their work very efficiently and very tidy.

We recently had our windows fitted by Senator Windows Kilkenny and were very impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. The quality of the windows is excellent, and the installation was completed to a very high standard with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, and the difference in warmth and noise reduction in the house is noticeable already. We would happily recommend Senator Windows Kilkenny to anyone looking for quality products and reliable service. Thanks so much to Terence and his team.

We recently completed a new build and chose senator windows for our windows and doors. From start to finish the professionalism from Karl and the team was top tier. The help and guidance we received while planning and picking styles and colours made our decisions that much easier. The quality of the finished product is unmatched. Everything came on time and the install went off without a hitch. We couldn't be happier. Id recommend the senator team to anyone, for jobs big and small.

Excellent service from information and then to the insulation. Every step was made so easy for us and nothing was to much for them. Absolutely highly recommend you wont regret it.

From start to finish Senator were great. The door was delivered and installed on time. The build quality is exceptional.

Worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Fitted windows and double doors . Any of the windows that are used on a daily basis started giving trouble after a couple of months.
One of the double doors fell off one day when opening it.
Emailed them concerned that this could happen and someone could have been hurt... Not even a response. Absolute cowboys..

Was in Swords over the Weekend.Dealt with Ray.Enough said here.Wont be going back!

Detailed, Specific, and honest

My name is Jim Crean. We needed new windows and doors in our home. We contacted Richard Barlow at Senator Windows. He came to our home and gave us excellent advice on how to proceed. The fitters came ( Nicky Kinsella and his helper Ray). They were excellent. The best tradesmen that we have ever come across. So knowledgeable and professional and so clean. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase. From start to finish it was a painless experience. We are so glad that we chose Senator Windows. This is our genuine experience and the people mentioned are not related to us nor had we ever met them before.

I had Senator products at my house for over 10 years. The windows and doors are excellent, but what really stands out it’s the support provided long after installation. They just finished repairing a 10 year old sliding door that started to feel very heavy. It’s better than new.

Excellent staff, helpful and professional all the way from initial quote to installation. I would highly recpommend Senator.

Absolutely stellar service, above and beyond my expectations. I chose Senator after comparing several other window installation companies, Richard was a consummate professional and prepared detailed spec sheets and quotes to suit my project. He was extremely accommodating when I needed to make last minute changes.

Then, the windows arrived 6 weeks earlier than planned, and the team took less than a day to install everything. The workmanship is immaculate, and one of the installers even repaired a minor issue with my front door that caused it to catch. Cannot recommend Senator more highly for their thoroughly excellent service and workmanship.

Wrong glass in two doors, green windows but, wait for it, white vents. Lots and lots more.
Have had to contact Main Office. We will see what happens.
Wish I'd seen these reviews before hand.
Will give full details, if not sorted, plus YT video.
Seems to be touch an go with what branch/ franchise
you get. Mine was Cork.

Got 2 new windows on the 13.02.26. Very happy with the work, ‘Man from Carlow’ and his helper were very friendly and helpful. Was expecting a mess but they left the place spotless. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ will be using Senator again in the future.

Delighted with the help not knowing exactly what I wanted. Mallow office went through lots of options. Met me at the house on the first visit. Couldn’t be more helpful from the first time I spoke with Keith. Have recommended Senator 100 percent Thank you

Update on broken hing / locking mechanism on Tilt and Turn.
Its now 9 months since i raised the issue with a broken tilt and turn window mechanism with Senator Drogheda. After a lot of push from me they have had two goes at fixing it to no avail. Last attempt was two months ago. The service guy is the only one who will anser his phone or reply but he is stuck in the middle and claims there is a part needed from the factory..for the past 9 months!!

In this heat I cant open one large tilt and turn window.

No interest in after sales service. In my experience, Wont reply to emails at all levels

No interest to change door handles that were replaced. 1st issue was pitting ....changed okay in 2014-2018 period as under warranty. The handles replaced were substandard and still rusting ! They say no longer warranty but once they change the warranty starts again......very poor service and no follow up.....called several times and just want to get proper door handles. Also have windows no longer sealed and to change its very expensive call out fee. I spent alot of money with them but customer loyalty is not there...thank you.

We shopped around for a Front & Back door and met with Glen in Senator Windows, Dundalk. He listened to what we wanted, came up with all the solutions and even better ideas. Senator Dundalk have people (like Glen) that listen to what you want and deliver with top class customer service and quality workmanship. They are not the cheapest but certainly not the dearest - just the best. We will be back to get our windows replaced in the future.
