Senator Windows レビュー

I would highly recommend Senator Windows Dundalk for their professionalism and attention to detail. From our first consultation with Glen to our installation with Sean and team I can’t thank you enough. We are very happy with our new windows and doors

Absolute professionals! I had the lovely experience dealing with the team at Senator Window. From sales to installation everything was perfect. Delighted with the fit and finish and overall experience.

Phoned Senator Windows Dundalk about changing our PVC back door. Right from the word go, Glen's prompt visit to survey, discuss and quote for a new door with all options, payment, further communications, fitting and follow up have been very friendly, courteous and professional. Have already and would recommend them any day. Thanks Glen.

I had Senator Wexford do my windows and doors in a renovation I was doing last summer 2024. It is now March 2025.
They were a pleasure to deal with. They were always available to contact. There was never a problem picking up the phone to answer a question.
I was under time pressure on the building project and Senator did everything they could do get my job done as quickly as possible even though I ordered a non standard colour (which everybody loves btw).
Fitting was quick and simple, they arrived when they said they would and were tidy in their work. One or two little snags that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally.
Now that I have put in my first winter in the house I can find no fault at all with my windows and doors. They are solid and of high quality. I am really pleased with them and the service provided by Senator

From sales to fitting could not fault. Picking window/doors so helpful and straight forward, being able to see the quality of the product in the showroom brilliant and the team fitting were excellent, the finished plaster around windows is fantastic. The installation 3 days no trouble and the difference to the house is amazing, curb appeal and heating, love it!

A fantastic fitting team coupled with a top quality product.

We purchased the triple glazed range of windows and doors from Senator in Waterford. Karl their representative was second to none in advice and delivering on his promise.

The product quality is superb. We can no longer hear the bin man with the triple glazing and the grey colour matches beautifully with our house.

The fitting team were clean and in and out within a number of days.

Well done to all.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. We went to a number of different companies and Senator was one of the last and we decided on them. However all along the way we had a great experience. Ray was very helpful in going through everything and what was best. We wanted our own design on the door and Senator were just brilliant on this and helped us to finalise.
There was great communication on the timing and we needed it early in December - all delivered on time.
David and Martin were super and cleaned up really well as they went along, and they came back later for snags which were all dealt with.
This is a big deal to replace all your windows and doors and we were a bit apprehensive - but really happy with the outcome and top marks to Senator Windows

Delighted with the service from Senator Windows Dublin. Great communication throughout, always arrived when they said they would and finished on time. More than happy to recommend.

I had several windows supplied and fitted by Senator, 26 years ago and they've been absolutely faultless.
Just thought I'd throw that in.

Few weeks ago we had doors and windows installed in our house by Senator windows and we are very happy with both the quality of the doors and windows and with the quality of the team that fitted them. They were very clean and tidy and they were making sure that the doors and windows were fitted to high standards. This is the reason why we highly recommend Senator windows.

I had my windows fitted by Senator windows in Cavan. Michael was very patient and a pleasure to deal with. The house looks really well and is so much warmer.
The installation team did a brilliant job installing the windows. They left everywhere very clean afterwards.
I would highly recommend Senator windows for top quality windows and an excellent service.

I recently had new windows fitted by Senator in Cavan, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The windows are of top quality and look fantastic in my home. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, largely thanks to Micheal, who was a pleasure to work with. He clearly explained the timeline upfront and didn’t make any false promises just to secure the sale, which I really appreciated.

The installation team, led by Artur, did an outstanding job. The fitting process was smooth, and they went out of their way to minimize disruption, even when I had visitors staying in the middle of the project. They also made sure to thoroughly clean the house each evening before they left, which was a huge help and really showed their attention to detail.

I would highly recommend Senator if you’re looking for high-quality windows and excellent customer service.

From the very first meeting with this company representative, my wife and I were impressed with the professionalism of this company. Very nice contact before the installation with the people responsible for the paperwork. When it comes to installation, I would love for all services in Ireland to be like this. The two installers from Senator Windows were very nice, professional and kept the apartment clean at all times. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Had the pleasure of dealing with the Senator Team in Cork . From start to finish the whole experience was flawless . Dealt with a number of different people from quotation , to booking , to organising fitting , to installation and every single process was 5 star service . In post -Covid times I have encountered so many areas of services that have slipped in customer service . Senator windows have absolutely maintained their 5 star service and for this they should be acknowledged . Thanks again to the team . Delighted with windows and we will be back !

Excellent product, standard of windows and doors like no other. Fantastic backup service from Michael Clerkin Cavan highly recommended .

Amazing customer service and very, very high quality products. I'm absolutely delighted with my new front door, fitted to a very high standard, and the customer support for your north west rep Patrick was impeccable. I will definitely be recommending Sentor Windows to my family and friends.

I recently moved home and I am in the process of making improvements on the house. I needed a new back and front door and spoke with John in sales and he couldn't have been more helpful in trying to meet my needs.
The installers were great too. I was given a specific date as to when the doors would be installed, and the installers rang ahead the morning of the work and they arrived duly on time.
The staff I dealt with from start to finish were very easy to deal with too.
My new doors have made a world of difference and a great investment too.

Got a door from Jamie.
From the moment we met with him I knew I was in safe hands.

Jamie sat down and went through all my options. He went through locks and showed us everything and advised best options. In the end we went and booked our door within 2 days of meeting with him.

When they came to install the door the fitters were great. Left the place clean and tidy and even put up the new letterbox on the wall. Saved me a job. Could not be more helpful and accommodating.

I have no issues in recommending Jamie and Senator to anyone and everyone. Best decision I ever made. Thanks Jamie much appreciated.

Appalling Workmanship and Service - Avoid Senator Windows

I recently hired Senator Windows for a full window installation at my home, and I am absolutely appalled by the experience. Out of the 11 windows installed, 4 were damaged during the process. The level of care and professionalism was nonexistent.

The installation team left my home in a disgraceful state: blobs of plaster were smeared on tiles, window sills were ruined, and the silicone work was a complete mess, with marks all over the reveals and sills. The finishing work around the reveals was so poorly done that my six-year-old could have done a better job. To top it off, every room was left filthy, with dust and debris everywhere. The so-called "dust mats" used by the team brought in more dirt than they protected against.

Despite leaving multiple messages for the project manager, John, I have received no response whatsoever. It seems that once they collected the final payment, they vanished, leaving me to deal with the aftermath. The entire experience has been frustrating from the start, with delays and a total lack of communication.

I am utterly dissatisfied with both the quality of the windows and the service provided. My home was left in a shocking state, and the workmanship was nothing short of cowboy work. Senator Windows is a company to avoid at all costs. I am currently awaiting a resolution, but in the meantime, I feel it’s important to share my experience to warn others.

Delighted with our windows. They look great and the installers were friendly, quick and professional. Highly recommended!
