Senator Windows レビュー

Worked with Nathan and the service was awesome!

Got a call this morning after requesting a quote for a door , such an unhelpful attitude no interest in providing me with a quote since we were purchasing our windows elsewhere. Disappointing customer service from such a well know company.

Recommend highly with Karl and his team in the south-east branch. They came on the day they said. Arrived at 9am done by mid afternoon, they Replaced existing pcv windows with new double glazing without leaving a mess. Out Priced four main competitors locally in Dungarvan area.Plus they are always doing jobs locally so if an issue ever arises they are easily accessible when contacted.

Pleasure dealing with Karl and the installation team so much so I recommended them to my parents for quote to change their doors and windows. Good price and installed on agreed timeline, very happy.

Seamless process from start to finish. The area manager met us to discuss our requirements and provided good guidance on what we needed, installation date was met and the fitters carried out their job very professionally. Everything was left as it was found. I am delighted with my new door and would have no issues in recommending this company. Many thanks Georgia

The windows are of top quality and look great. The lads who arrived did a fabulous job without too much impact on the house. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all building materials; which from past experience with other trades was a great surprise and relief.
I would recommend Senator Windows to everyone, the entire process from sales to fitting was done professionally and attention to detail.

Had our windows (few times) and door done by Senator, returning customer discount was a pleasant surprise. Our local sales agent Joe was very responsive and friendly. Fitters always did a good job especially with the back door, very neat and tidy no damage anywhere. The difference new windows made is SO worth the money and the wait. Go for it! Would recommend Senator 100%

Reliable and very professional from start to finish. From coming out to give a quote to date of installation they were there when they said they would be which is rare nowadays . We would highly recommend Senator Windows.

We live in a detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1905. We were told that one side (11 windows) would be replaced within 4 days. It was important to us to maintain the house's character. The fitters arrived in January and did exactly as they had promised. They were clean and tidy and very friendly. We would recommend Senator and will use them again for other windows.

Very happy with Senators company! The windows are fantastic. The crew that came to install those windows and they were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Senator company.

It took about two months from order to delivery.
Price I believe was very competitive.
Everyone I spoke / dealt with was exceptionally helpful
and efficient.
Senator did such a good job that I regret not having the job done long ago.
A pity I can only give a five star credit - the experience deserves more.

Absolutely delighted with the service and quality of products delivered. Installation of my whole house took a day. Definitely recommend

I recently had the windows in my apartment replaced by Senator Windows, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The sales person was a pleasure to deal with, making the selection process simple. The support and communication throughout the project, as well as afterwards, were exemplary.

The installation team was fantastic, showing great care for my property and working diligently to complete the job to the highest standard, despite the challenges involved.

I am extremely pleased with the final result, I can already tell that apartment is better insulated and quieter. I am grateful for the hard work and professionalism displayed by the entire team at Senator Windows. I would highly recommend their services.

I am glad to share my positive experience with Senator Windows from initial contact to the delivery of products. Communication was excellent and the staff also very friendly. Workers left the house spotless clean. Very happy with the new windows and door! Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Delighted with my new windows and doors fitted recently by Senator! Excellent quality, superb finish and the neighbours love them as well.
Highly recommend Senator Windows !!

I had all my windows fitted with Senator windows very professional and concrete crowd. Highly recommended 😉

Ordered front door for my house last year with Senator Windows in Cork. Excellent quality, beautiful finish from outside and inside.
Did not this for too long and returned to Senator again and ordered front door for mother in law’s house. One more time, top class quality and service!
Highly recommended if you’re looking for top quality product.

This is my second time dealing with Senator Windows. I have had PVC windows, Aluminium windows and Integrated blinds installed. Very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Michael, Bernie & the team down in Wexford.

From start to finish the experience was flawless. The professionalism of the fitters was next to none. The house was spotless after the windows and door went in.
Communication was great throughout with timelines met, much to our delight. The quality of the windows and doors is next to none, so much so my Dad has ordered windows also. Thanks again to everyone involved.

Good quality windows and customer experience. Dealt with Cork office (Denis and Rienis). Have installed a number of multi-pane sash lookalike windows in two 1800s buildings over last 5 years using Senator. Always turn up for quotation as arranged and deliver windows/installation as scheduled. Not always easiest windows to install (old buildings with less than square window openings). Always well fitted and installers are professional and leave the place tidy. Have more windows to replace and will be using Senator Cork when the time comes.
