Just had my ford focus repaired through service4service. They were great throughout the process. Leon handled everything really well and was proactive in keeping me updated throughout and speeding up the process due to large delays from my warranty company. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Customer service and follow up was great, work on my car was done efficiently and on time, Elliott Cox kept me informed as work progressed, pricing was very fair and comes with warranty.Elliott Cox rang me a week later to see if the car was performing correctly and I was happy with their work . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone who needs work on their car

Thanks to Elliot and the team at Service4Service, I was able to arrange a repair on my elderly father-in-law's Kuga when the Powershift transmission developed issues. The only local repairer in Northern Ireland wasn't particularly interested in helping, but Elliot and the team were helpful in taking on the work which suited as I was due to travel to England. The work was completed fairly quickly despite the Christmas break, and there was friendly communication throughout, and much appreciated flexibility in facilitating me picking up the car at the weekend for the drive home. The work was expensive, but on a par with other quotes for Ford Powershift repairs (and unlike some other garages comes with a 1 year warranty) and the car has been transformed by the repair with smooth quiet gearshifts now the norm

Why would you use Service 4 Service when you can do the leg workfor yourself.

For me the reasons are thus, for gearbox work I would have to travel for two hours to get to Birmingham for a garage (obviously 2 hours back) with a car following me for said return. Gearbox box specialist for automatics are hard to find.

Next, the work would take a very long time, so I would need to contact the garage to chase the progress on a regular basis and probably be fobbed off with various excuses.

Once car is ready we have the Birmingham trudge again.

Now Service 4 Service offers a new and relaxing approach. Once you contact them and explain the problems they will take away all the stress and hassle.

They arrange for the car to be picked up. It is taken to one of their recognised garages. From there it is inspected and within a few days you are spoken to and informed of the worked required and given a quote for repairs.
Once agreed , the work is carried out and you will be contacted on a regular basis with updates

The car is then returned to you and everyone is happy.

The gentleman who was my point of contact was Elliot, very professional and pleasant to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble.
The towing companies who picked up and returned mr car were lovely and very careful. The car came back clean and a quick peek underneath revealed a very clean gearbox. On the road it drives beautifully
and shifts very smoothly. The turn around time for the car was very quick when you consider how much work needed to be done.
Whole heartedly recommend Service 4 Service and many thanks to Elliot.

The car was collected from my house and they diagnosed the problem the next day sending me a detailed breakdown of what was required and what the cost would be. Had a catastrophic failure of the gearbox in my car which was a 9 speed auto. S4S was one of the very few companies that could complete the repair. The service was fantastic. I dealt with Elliott from start to finish, who was an absolute gentleman. He kept me informed every step of the way and gave me confidence in the company. A very professional and personable young man. The car is now back with me, and so far, so good I've had no issues. Great company to deal with.

Elliot reached out after logging an enquiry on their site, and sorted out all the details to get my car in for some extensive transmission work. Kept me up to date via phone and email, and was able to get it delivered to me on a quick turnaround in time for an event.

Service 4 service was brilliant. I had a problem with my car. After a phonecall they ran though ther package for my car and options available.. They picked up my vehicle and kept me posted throughout the time my car was in the garage. I was updated at all stages by Elliot who was point of call. I am very pleased with the service received from this company.Pete Rozario explained in detail what was necessary to fix the issues relating to my automatic gearbox and he took the time to supply me with regular updates which significantly contributed to a great experience Should this company continue with this methodology I can see an increase in demand for their services

We worked with Pete over a 2 month period, to get our Audi A6 back on the road, after a catastrophic gearbox failure. Throughout the whole process Pete was on the phone explaining every step that needed to be taken, he was personable, professional and was able to explain everything that needed to be done in laymen's terms. Would highly recommend Pete, he is an expert in his field and him and his team have got the car back to me working with all issues now resolved.

Despite it typically being an incredibly stressful time when your car is broken the team at service 4 service were amazing. Pete communicated fantastically with us, giving regular updates and advice that helped to guide us getting the best possible outcome and our car has been running a dream ever since. Excellent service in rebuilding my fiat 124 Spider auto gearbox. After months on searching Service 4 Service was the only place that would repair my gearbox. Great customer service by Elliot Cox.
