I have been dealing with Aslam from SES water Business and Rob from SES water domestic they have both been great and professionally helpful with my enquiry/issue and the issue has now been solved so a big thank you to both.

After months of misunderstandings and to be honest, total incompetence this lady took her time to understand the issue, was utterly helpful and polite and in fact appears to have resolved an issue I’ve had for 8 months

I was hoping to talk to Breyton Hendricks but he was unavailable so I asked Ethan Heuvel to assist me. The issues were both complex and sensitive and Ethan dealt with them quietly and efficiently, providing advice and options to help resolve issues and seeking advice himself when the need arose. While I have serious issues with the way the company has handled this account over the last 5 years, Ethan proved to be exceptionally able - He is worth 5 stars!

If I ran my company like SES I’d be out of business. Billing me for a water meter that took over 2 years to locate. Charging me for wastewater when we have a cesspit - 2 years to acknowledge that. Now Breyton Hendricks from the complaints team can’t even use a calculator to add up the wastewater charges and refund them correctly and suggests I escalate my complaint. What a joke company - even their debt collection agency wouldn’t take me to court & referred it back. Forget the complaints procedure and invite them to take you to court.
