I ordered a zipper foot for my sewing machine, not realising that the model of machine might make a difference. It turns out that it did make a difference so Hannah, from the firm, rang me to check the exact model. The correct foot arrived the next day. My wife came home raving about a sewing machine she watched being demonstrated at the event in Harrogate.
