Gave a date for delivery date came amd went with no delivery,emailed for a date came back with a date in June, ca. Not trust them to deliver so have cancelled and requested a refund, terrible company to deal with wasted my time so beware don't order anything from them you will be disappointed.

This is our second garden bench purchased from SGF, previous one was in 2015 . Ordering online was straightforward and delivery within 7 days. The driver carried it through to the back of our property for us and gave advice about future care .
The build quality is excellent and it has improved since 2015. We've used 2 coats of a Light Oak Preservative Wood Stain and it's really brought out the beauty of the wood. Overall an excellent purchase that, if looked after, should last us beyond 10 years

Have to say, despite quite a few bad reviews on here. I couldn’t be happier. Decided what I wanted on their site. Rang them up, explained the configuration I wanted, double seat 6ft table and bench. Paid and 9 days later it is sitting on my patio looking just fine. And it is good quality for the price. All furniture you are leaving out in the British elements will require extra treatment applied no matter who you buy it from. I would also say don’t pay too much attention to bad reviews that go back to 2022 and before, even early 2023. Anyone who wasn’t in a coma will know there was a major shortage of timber after the dreaded Covid19. On top of major shipping issues from overseas, so any business reliant on timber and especially timber coming from overseas, were faced with a nightmare of delayed arrivals and big hikes in prices. This review probably sounds a bit like I work for this lot, I don’t, I never heard of them before I did a search for locally produced garden furniture. I paid a fortune for IKEA garden furniture about 2 years ago and it’s in a skip already.

Excellent table chairs and 2 benches, delivered on time they kept contact with me, I did pay over the phone as my bank was not happy with a bank transfer apparently scams work that way. Very polite staff can not believe how big solid and well made they are and for the price amazing.

I was very interested in buying a garden table but was not able to as the woman who answered the telephone did not know the weight of the table and seemed quite happy to lose a customer.

Really good quality garden furniture, l was not expecting to be this quality as its on line and never knew what to expect until it arrived. Absolutely chuffed, really heavy weight, great delivery driver, happy, helpful and friendly. I personally am very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone

Needed a replacement for our 20 year old set. This was ready assembled, delivered for only £14. High quality. EXTREMELY pleased 5 *****

Beautiful bench, delivery within 3 days which is amazing, only criticism and prevented it from being a 5 is that there should be a tracking facility so as a customer I'm not sitting in all day. As a side note lovely friendly delivery driver can't ve faulted, an asset to your company

I love my garden table from Staffordshire Garden Furniture. Delivered within a few days and the guy brought it to the patio and put the legs on. Excellent. I have given it two coats of protective paint and it looks great. I have black chairs and black garden umbrella which brings out the best of the wood. You can see the pattern in the wood very well. Thank you.

Do not order from this company. You probably won't get your goods, or any customer service when you chase up after they failed to deliver. This is what happened when my wife ordered our table. Very low quality. Not to be trusted. Shame on etsy to continue listing them as a vendor.

The title says it all. Following a whole lot of research, we chose their 5' x 5' table, which looks even better in real life than in the pics. We were amazed by how well made it was and how good Rob, who delivered and built it was - a real ambassador for the company. It's not often that we feel we've received five-star after-sales treatment and quality at a such bargain price. The table is just the start - we'll be back. Thanks

Terrible experience. furniture was ordered 31st May , a delivery slot was lost 24th June, promised delivery July 4th but nothing arrived. When complaint made , offered me a delivery slot 20th July , pardon me? My ire was further inflamed when I see a positive review here on trustpilot where a customer ordered after me and got their furniture 2 weeks later ( three weeks before my delivery date) . Is there a problem delivering to Surrey?? Extremely disappointed, this was a birthday present and if I was lucky enough to have got the goods by the end of July , summer would have been practically over and the birthday treat long forgotten. Managing customer expectation is important and communication was poor and no valid reasons or explainations given for the delays. I would be VERY careful ordering from these people unless you live on their doorstep as Im guessing not prepared to drive any distance unless they have a full load. Only good thing was a quick refund but not quite the point.

Bought garden furniture. Arrived within 2 weeks. Top quality and really pleased with the set, however 1 piece of wood on the table was warped. Contacted company and they returned after 2 weeks and changed the complete table with a new one. We bought direct from the company.

Ordered a garden set from this company, (via Etsy), on 30/05/23.
The website states that they try to dispatch orders 7 to 10 days after they are placed.
Called them on several occasions, (with my contact details), through to voicemail every time. Never returned my calls.
Emailed them on 22/06/23 through their website, with a request for a delivery date for my order. They replied that I should contact them through Etsy, as I would “get assistance quicker”.
They were obviously aware of my request, so why did I need to go through Etsy?
I just wanted a delivery date.
They then informed me that they were “not able to access our etsy account in this department, on this system (we have more than one) we have IT problem”.
No mention was made of a delivery date.
I initiated a refund request through PayPal, (22/06/23), and told them this.
They said they had “passed your request for a refund over to the relevant dept and they are in the process of taking your delivery off the Allocated delivery date of 30th June. A full refund will be allocated for you.”
The person who signed the emails I received, (C#######e), was not at all helpful and seemed unable to answer a simple request for an update.
I have given this company a 1 star rating because there is no option to give a zero star one.

All round excellent!
Ok took 3 weeks from order to delivery but the day after I ordered they confirmed there was a delay and offered a refund but I was happy to wait and I’m pleased I did.
Very good quality, very good much better than the big name stores, friendly driver and delivered on the day they advised.
After reading some reviews I was apprehensive it would be but it was. Absolutely the best buy.
Don’t be put off by a few negatives.

Ordered a garden set (bench, two chairs, coffee table and trays) on 26 May. They were delivered on 4 June so great service. Delivery team were great. Love the furniture, and the price (£299) was very good.

Cowboys with bad attitude – DO NOT BUY HERE!!
Ignore the 5 STAR reviews on their web page! The furniture might be lovely but not worth the hassle to get it and you will have to treat it all with protection for the SOFT wood, another expense added on.

Called the company prior to ordering to get information on delivery date, 7-12 days it says on the webpage, was told 14 days which I was happy with and bought a garden dining set.

A week later they confirmed delivery of almost a month due to “unexpected problems” with their factory. OK, not good but I put up with it.

Delivery should have been 1st June – received a call a day prior: “delivery driver not available anymore – delivery almost another week out”, at this stage I cancelled the order because I had read the reviews on here and knew I would not get my furniture in the near future.

Wasted a month waiting for the furniture, now have to wait another 3 months until the money is back on my card. Do not waste your time and hard earned money with these people.

Customer service is rude and does not respond to emails in timely manner. Sounded like they were happy for me to cancel the order too!!

Would never buy from this company again.

Ordered 5th of May.

I ordered a Jack and Jill set through their website, I must admit I had read some of the reviews and wasn't expecting it to arrive on the date they stated, but it did and nice and early, before I left for work. The set is excellent quality. I just need to get some preservative now, as the chap who delivered it advised another coat to protect it.
