Ich habe am 25.05. etwas bestellt und noch am selben Abend per E-Mail storniert, da eine Stornierung ÃŒber die Website nicht möglich war. Nach langem Hin und Her wurde mir zunÀchst ein 20â¯%-Rabatt fÃŒr die nÀchste Bestellung angeboten â obwohl ich ausdrÃŒcklich widerrufen wollte. Dann wurde mir plötzlich eine BearbeitungsgebÃŒhr von 15â¯% angedroht, obwohl diese weder in den AGB erwÀhnt noch rechtlich zulÀssig ist.
Erst nachdem ich rechtliche Schritte in Aussicht gestellt habe, wurde mir zugesichert, dass die Bearbeitung der RÃŒckerstattung 5â7 Tage dauern wÃŒrde, die Ãberweisung weitere 1â5 Tage in Anspruch nehme und der volle Betrag ohne Abzug zurÃŒckgezahlt werde.
Mittlerweile sind ÃŒber 14 Tage vergangen, das Geld ist immer noch nicht da, und auf meine E-Mails erhalte ich keine Antwort mehr.
Fazit: Unseriöser Ablauf, kein zuverlÀssiger Kundenservice. Beim nÀchsten Mal werde ich vorher die Bewertungen lesen â dieser Shop ist fÃŒr mich keine Empfehlung.

Terrible Customer Service
I wrote a 1 star review regarding these bras I bought from this company and I wanted to return them but I found out it would cost more to send them back to China that what I paid for them! No where did I see on their website that states I would have to send them back to China. Had I known that I would never bought them in the first place. They told me if I took off my negative review they would give me a discount and I could keep them! I told them they were very cheaply made and they didnât fit and I wanted my money back. They donât offer a pre paid label. Iâve been going back and forth with them for 3 months. I really feel they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau so more people will not get scammed.
Buyer be ware!!! They are NOT a reputable company to do business with.
