I obviously entered my address correctly. Ninja did not pass on the correct address to their courier. I’m still without my item, have no idea where it is and they have my money. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing a ninja product again.

It was so easy to shop on line, and going g direct was by far the most cost effective and cheapest way to buy the air fryer. No one else even came close. Easy to use the website.
Very fast delivery, however - this is not Shark's faukt, but Percelforcw will not leave a parcel & even in a safe place which destroys the idea of next day delivery. I was lucky that a neighbour actually asked the driver if they could take the parcel otherwise it would have been over a week for me to be able to get it. Please use another delivery company.

Excellent customer service in agreeing to replace defective item, would have been a 5 if they hadn't use DPD to pick up and return product (it took nearly a week).

Great fast service

Fantastic service! Ordered an upright vacuum cleaner (similar to the one I purchased 6 years ago) late pm and arrived next day before 3pm by DPD. Brilliant service, so quick and efficient. Vacuum was well packaged in strong recyclable paper in very strong box which helps to prevent damage to item. Would definitely recommend Sharkninja.
