Great service, I did get my two pans replaced, although it took many emails and a reminder. I do have almost all of the Ninja appliances and have no problems with them. My next purchase will be the coffee machine and I feel confident about buying it. Thank you Ninja.

Actually purchasing the item on line was easy but unfortunately I have still not received my parcel as parcel force keep delivering it to Milton Keynes when I am in Manchester.

Delivery and customer services a joke
Said it sad delivered 3 days ago, and it still hasn’t come. Ive tracked the item and it says at a delivery sorting depot. Customer services said j need to wIt 5 days before they will even look after it. Meanwhile im out of pocket for a gift i needed for a birthday

Swept Away by a Shark Attack
After hearing that the Shark was on offer we decided we'd get another. The whole process of ordering was nice & easy. The option of financing over 12 months interest free was a no brainer. It arrived very quickly through DPD. We love the SharkNinja brand & they need to stop bringing out new products.

Pathetic Delivery System
I ordered from your website and you use parcel force, one of the worst delivery services in the uk. They can never be bothered to properly look for my address, resulting in a return to sender situation and making the whole transaction a waste of time.
