Sherborne レビュー

My wife and I would just like to say what a fantastic job Sherborne has done on installing our windows, doors and conservatory. All of the guys have been brilliant and the quality of the workmanship is top notch.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Sherborne to anyone.

Once again Sherborne have carried out another installation at our property, they have installed three windows and two bays windows.
The installers were customer focused, they have carried out a first-class job within the time scale given, they were extremely pleasant and arrived when they said they would.
They have highlighted a slight mark in one of the glass panels and have arranged for it to be replaced.
We are now Sherborne, out as they have replaced all the windows and doors, built a conservatory and replaced the guttering and boards.
Over the period of 10 years we have been pleased with their sales staff and how the installations were carried out and how they have dealt with the snags (Three) over the ten years.
I would recommend them without any hesitation, a first class local company who cares.

Always search the web sites or Lias with others
My was by word of mouth
But did search info about SHERBORNE

I recently bought 2 casement windows from the North Camp branch. The customer service was excellent at all times. The information at the showroom was available from both the sales team and the surveyor who was in the showroom at the time. I felt I gained a lot of information to help me choose the windows I wanted.
We are delighted with the installation and the products. We chose timber windows, which are smart and work very well. I would recommend the company, and use them again.

Process throughout has been great. What started as a conservatory became an extension, planning and permissions all sorted without fuss. Communication excellent, all queries handled quickly and professionally by all involved.

We chose Sherborne on the basis of a recommendation from friends and were not disappointed. The workmanship has been first class, with everything being completed in time and within budget!

A great feat of project management...

Work force worked effectively, professionally, tidily and kept to agreed schedules. Communication with Operations Director was open, effective and ensured high quality standards leading to excellent outcomes.
All work was completed to exceptionally high standards - I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

From start to finish we have been delighted with the work carried out to our home. From the design process, to foundations, to the final clean, every individual has been curtious, hardworking and professional. Every query was answered promptly by email and any issues dealt with quickly. The Evolution Windows look wonderful and the Livinroom roof is a clever concept. The result is a stunning, light-filled addition to our home. We cannot recommend Sherborne enough. The team is fantastic, the quality of the work is of a high standard and we have additional space at our property which we are very proud of and enables us to enjoy our garden even on the coldest of days. Thank you.

Professional build project and great team of people. Despite problems along the way they were always rectified and the customer service was second to none. Would definitely recommend Sherborne as they have quality products, and a dedicated team of people who go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy. They continue to standby their work providing great after care service.

Polite and very efficient, I have nothing but praise for everyone from Sherborne who had a part in building my new conservatory, also those who didn't work on site but to whom I spoke to on the telephone. Excellent I say, quite excellent, thank you very much, I love it.

Literally cannot recommend them highly enough - the project ran smoothly from start to finish, excellent project management, and the finished product is fantastic.

I could not fault Sherborne for their customer service throughout the project. Paid careful attention to all my specific requirements and delivered the design and style that I wanted at a reasonable and fair price. All staff were attentive and listened to what I wanted. The final product cannot be faulted.

I was impressed by the amount of information made available to us prior tp the installation, and we were kept up to date with the progress of manufacture, The technicians who came to install the window were prompt, courteous and efficient and they left a clean and tidy workspace..Sherborne offer a top class service.

We have been very impressed with Sherborne Windows right from quoting for the work through to completion. The team were professional, friendly and thorough and we couldn't ask for more than that! We would highly recommend them.

I had several quotations on the replacement of my doors and windows and after careful consideration decided that Sherborne were the company I should instruct. From the moment I made that decision I couldn't have been happier, they were courteous, efficient and conscientious from the outset.
The product is second to none and the customer service is exceptional, the fitters turned up when they said they would and went way above the normal customer service expectations, even working on the weekend to complete some tasks that were above and beyond the original brief. We were fortunate enough to be looked after by Jamie who could not have been more efficient, please take my word for it, if you are considering having windows, doors, conservatories or anything related to the services Sherborne offer done and you want a company who care about the finished product and customer service don't hesitate to instruct them. This is the first review I have ever felt compelled to write but the service has been so good I felt it was important to let people know, thank you Sherborne for a brilliant job brilliantly done!!

Excellent company - workmanship of high standard and very happy with final result

We have used Sherborne for many years and always received 100 per cent satisfaction. We have just had a new conservatory fitted, on the first morning Steve and Lee turned up on time and started to take the old one down. On day two they started to dig up the old base and lay a new one they also did the brick wall over the next few days (very clean and tidy workers). The next men did the framework and glass in two days (even worked in the rain to stay on time). Next came the electrician who ran in all the cables. Then came the plasterer to plaster the wall (very clean). Then the floor layer again very clean. Last of all was the floor tiler who like the rest did an excellent job. I would recommend Sherborne to anybody. I would just like to say to Chris, Andy and Nick your staff are a credit to your company. Thank you for such a good job.

Very happy with our new windows and roof lantern. Products great and staff and installation team very professional.

The Windows and the fitting were very good, no complaints whatsoever. However, I found the accounts department at Sherborne confusing and difficult to use. I may well be a little dim, but I could not understand their invoices at any point and needed to telephone to confirm if I had paid enough or not. To this day I still find it all very confusing. Sherborne will not see this because they know what is going on, then the world will.... Not true, however, I will repeat , the Windows and the fitting were spot on.
