Sherborne レビュー

Our tenants reported the fitting process was seamless with great quality product , and fitting team that were very obliging and extremely tidy , clearing away every evidence of the fitting ……. Excellent work!

I’m very happy with the product quality and price - I purchased custom made PVC/ glass patio doors, kitchen door and windows. From start to finish the process was handled extremely well. The measurements were precise and the installation was outstanding. Lee and Chris were polite and friendly and worked like demons to get the job done. They removed and disposed of the decades old product (1925 built house) and took great care to make sure the finish outside and inside was matched (only small paint touch ups needed). They even reinstalled Bailey’s cat flap! I would highly recommend this company.

Fabulous service from the initial sales appointment to the end delivery.
Excellent company with the best products at the correct price.
Will definitely be telling all my friends and neighbours.

Great service from start to finish!
The fitting team were prompt, professional, tidy and really nice chaps!

Reliable, efficient company with highly skilled, friendly, helpful and courteous tradesmen. I am delighted with the finished work which was completed in a very tight timescale. Would highly recommend.

plus quality of the door is superb

Great company to all aspects.

The politeness and professionalism of the Company from Senior management to labourers at our property was first class, value for money was very important to us and we couldn't of been happier,Regards Paul and Sue Duncan

From quote to installation the process was friendly and efficient. The windows look great and the team that installed it took time and care to ensure the best result.

Everything was brilliant from the initial meeting until the final fitting. Really pleased with the staff and the workmanship. Thank you so much

They were so helpful and very patience.
We changed our mind a few times on the design and dates but they were always happy to help us .They worked hard to get us exactly the result we wanted to achieve. Will always recommend.

This is our second door from Sherborne and once again excellent result. Really pleased with the door, we had a kitchen door with an internal blind fitted fantastic quality, fitting and service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would recommend a hundred per cent.

Really quick and effective management of my enquiry and a visit by the service team within 2 days, during which they identified and resolved the issue. Very happy, thanks to the whole team.

They responded to our plight quickly and remedied the problem within a day or so.

The Company were excellent in their dealings with us and kept their quoted price the same without question despite a lengthy planning process. The windows were made to the exact specification we needed and we are already seeing the benefit of them. They look great as well and were made to the same design as the old crittal framed windows but were timber framed and double glazed.

I must however compliment them most of all for their installation team. They were fantastic. They ensured that all furniture was covered up to standards almost approaching a "clean room" environment, in the areas they were working. They worked diligently and were efficient with amazing attention to detail. They kept us informed of their plan and what had been achieved for each day of the installation. We had 16 windows replaced ( some of them very large) and so the process took 6 days but this reflected the care and skill that was taken. They were extremely polite at all times and made sure they left with no mess for us to deal with. I am extremely grateful to this team and the Company provided first class service throughout.

From the initial quote right through the installation, the entire process was a positive one. Every member of the Sherborne team we dealt with were professional, the sales team were open about pricing and different window options, the windows were fitted when they said they would be and the installers were efficient and very tidy.

We are delighted with the quality of the windows and, more particularly, the expert way they were fitted. Any issues were relatively minor but all were promptly and fully addressed. The work was done well within the agreed schedule - on time; in full. And although relatively expensive, the final produce is excellent, and we expect will last decades.

Superb customer service. We moved into a bungalow in March 2021, the previous owners had earlier used Sherborne to replace 6 windows and 2 doors to the front elevation. We decided to install replacement windows and 2 pairs of bifold doors at the rear. The installation went very well and we were very happy with the result. One of the team noticed a small crack in the front door and informed his manager. Sherborne subsequently changed the 10 year guarantee from the original owners into our name and then replaced the door at no charge. Sherborne made all the running and we didn’t have to follow up at any time. I have no hesitation in recommending Sherborne as a reliable and professional company.

Sherborne installed new sash timber windows for us and we are absolutely delighted with them. Rob led the team who fitted them over three days and was just great, we loved his attention to detail and helpful attitude to the installation. We would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Cannot fault Sherborne in anyway. From start to finish always very helpful and professional with every detail, from the beginning surveys until completion. The builders did a fantastic job, kept to a precision timetable and always left area clean and tidy at the end of each day. The fitters were again extremely professional and informative. I am more than pleased with the end result, and have had lovely comments how good the new bifold doors are. Also worth paying the extra to include the internal Venetian blinds, these are an absolute godsend.
Good to know that any issues, they are just a phone call away.
I would certainly use and recommend Sherbournes every time.
