Sherborne レビュー

We had a replacement roof fitted to our conservatory by Tim and Steve. We are very happy with the standard of workmanship and attention to detail. They had some design issues during the installation which they successfully overcame with the help of other Sherborne staff. Due to these issues the installation took longer than anticipated but for the standard of the completed work we have no issue with that.
We would recommend Sherborne for any conservatory installation

We used Sherborne Windows over the course of two years to replace some 26 windows and a door in our very old Victorian house. It was quite a decision for us to chose an installer due to the cost and number of windows, and the matching of existing (original windows). I cannot speak highly enough of Sherborne. From start to finish they were excellent. The windows were fitted with minimal damage or mess. The team were prompt, courteous and efficient. We would definitely recommend Sherborne to anyone considering a window or door installation.

We needed to replace south facing wooden doors with ones more sturdy, resistant to weather and wind, and with more glass. Our design was evaluated by 3 suppliers who quoted between 16K and 19K, and Sherbourne was the highest.
The pre-sale exercise with Sherbourne was friendly and professional, and even with lock down we were able to visit their showroom to see the quality being proposed. That was an impressive visit so we placed the order. Then, their technical team revisited us to take detailed measurements etc., get the deposit, and place the order on their German supplier.
Even through the hassles of Covid supply chains, Sherbourne stuck to their original schedule and delivered/installed the 2 sets of folding doors + one single door in 2 days, including total reimplementation of all surrounding build works such as the threshold. The installation work was terrific and to a standard which would be hard to match.
The 3 sets of doors have totally transformed our ground floor - opening out to the garden and letting more light in - coupled with very precise engineering of the doors' mechanisms.
An outstanding job well worth the extra cost.

From the first telephone call we had great serivce. It was great to have someeone come to the house and go through all the options. once that was done and made our decision on what we wanted we went to the showroom and confirmed the details. Next someone came to the house and took all the measurements and confirmed what we wanted. The fitters arrived and put everything in place and fitted the door and surround then gave everything a good clean. The office staff were also very helpful. Thank you.

A very slick and professional experience from start to finish. Plenty of choice In Showroom together with helpful advice and explanations. Series of detailed emails explaining procedure and stages of progess plus invoicing and payments to make.
The new door is of high quality, delivered when expected and fitted by a courteous and professional team.
We will definitely use Sherborne again in the future.

It was a long wait (5 months) due to CV19 and supply issues but well worth it. Our new timber front door has surpassed our expectations as it is a beautiful feature to our house.
Alex and his apprentice Liam grafted for a full working day to install the new frame and door. There were a few technical issues due to the previous door's fitting including having to shave 10mm or so from the interior walls but Alex overcame any issues with a professional zeal.
His attention to detail whether it be the caulking and sealing or fitting the door furniture was second to none.
Liam made from scratch a new piece of shaped timber to insert above the door, again, first class.
Alex consulted on every detail to make sure we were satisfied. He obviously takes a pride in his workmanship as evidenced by him and Liam taking photos of the finished work.
Yes, it's more expensive than a composite door and maybe some companies offerings but the quality speaks for itself. An excellent company to deal with from Jamie at the Hartley Witney showroom, the quotation process, the communications and installation.
My partner is now thinking about replacement windows from Sherborne!

An incredible job the guys at Sherborne Windows have done. Complete replacement of cottage windows in the solid wood. We are absolutely thrilled with the windows and have had so many compliments re the quality and how 'in keeping' with the cottage they are. We are delighted! When the windows were installed, I honestly expected to return from work to a building site and yet I was hard pushed to tell they had even been here! Not a trace of dust, mess or anything to clear up …. just amazing!
Their follow up service is fantastic as well. As always, on any job, there is always the odd niggle that doesn’t always go to plan and yet the team dealt with tiny amount of that efficiently and effectively. They are such nice guys to have working here as well. Polite yet fun! Totally impressed with Sherborne Windows as a company and will be using them again when the rear extension goes up. We will also be highly recommending them to EVERYONE we know!! At last, a company whose product quality matches the service! Worth every single penny.

We were very pleased with Sherborne. We thought they did an excellent job and we would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent - good service, looks good

I would highly recommend this company, their service is excellent from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and going through things until you are happy with the final design.
The team of workers were excellent, polite and easy to discuss matters with, leaving things clean and tidy after they were finish. A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL. Our Conservatory is great. Mandy & Michael Aldhouse Aldershot

I have just had Sherborne carry out work for me, it was not a standard job and it required some structural work, Jamie the estimator was very good indeed, knowledgeable and straightforward, he introduced me to their Building works Director Stuart who filled me with confidence with his knowledge and can do attitude, I needed the job done sooner than they were able but Andy in the office jiggled things for me and the work started ahead of schedule, I was very grateful for this effort, and it truly set the tone for the whole job, every single aspect and staff member was wonderful, I cannot remember the names of all of the lads, but each one was spot on with the quality of their work and the way they went about it, it was a pleasure to have you all here, Stuart, Ben, Mark and all the other lads thanks so much, a truly awesome job from start to finnish Thank you

This company was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The men who installed the windows were polite and tidy. They even managed to save 3 of the old windows for me, with only minor damage. I'm delighted with the result and have received several compliments on how smart the house now looks. Highly recommended.

This company is easy to deal with keen to help and have great products
All parts of the process from choosing to buying and then the fitting of the door was perfect
Highly recommended

Excellent service from the beginning with advice and guidance from Jamie Magee in Hartley Wintney to installation by Andy and Co.
Faultless. Very pleased with new windows and door.

Excellent service from start to finish, and we're delighted with our new back door, thanks to all the team.

Very helpful at every stage and excellent install team (Andy) who were able to overcome whatever challenges our (wonky) house presented them.

I thought the services was outstanding
Would definitely recommend

I have obtained the quotes from 5 suppliers before selecting Sherbone. They were one of the most competitive but just as knowledgeable and engaging as the top quote which was 3x higher. Whilst the lead in time was a bit longer than advised originally we felt we could trust their advice and word. We are more than happy with result, great acoustic and heat retention. We will recommend them and come back for future orders.
Great job Jamie and Andy. Thanks.

We recently had 17 windows installed.

From our first (of many) meetings with Chris L, Andy L, through to Andy C and Silas installing, we have been very impressed with the friendly, professional and knowledgeable team.

Each person we have met at Sherbourne has gone above and beyond to help make this project run smoothly.

We are absolutely delighted with the finished result. Thank you for your patience, attention to detail and going the extra mile, especially Andy C and Chris L.

We would not hesitate in recommending Sherbourne Windows.

An excellent company to do business with, they listen, understand, and go the extra distance to ensure that the work is completed to your satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Sherborne again.
