Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your original delivery and, in particular, the experience you had when trying to explain that the item delivered was not the summerhouse you had ordered.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we’re sorry that you felt your concerns were not initially believed or taken seriously. This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We are pleased that the correct item was delivered the following week and that the driver was able to go out of his way to assist you in getting it to your back garden. However, we recognise that this does not take away from the frustration and inconvenience caused by the original delivery and the difficulties you experienced while trying to resolve the issue.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be taken on board as we continue to improve both our communication and customer service.

Thank you for your feedback, Bridget. We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed. Following your contact with us, we did offer to supply a replacement panel free of charge to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, as advised, we’re unable to carry out the fitting or cover third-party installation costs.

We’re sorry that we weren’t able to reach the resolution you had hoped for.

We appreciate the disappointment caused and are pleased to hear your cancellation and refund were processed promptly.

Thank you for your feedback, Hilary. We’re very sorry that your original delivery had to be rescheduled and appreciate the inconvenience this caused. As your order was purchased through Tesco, any cancellation or refund does need to be requested directly through them, which is why our team referred you back to the retailer.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re extremely sorry for the issues surrounding your delivery. When you contacted us to advise that the building had been marked as delivered but was not at your property, this was raised internally for investigation.

We completely understand your disappointment with the overall experience and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry that the delay and the change to your delivery caused you so much frustration.

We did just want to mention one thing regarding the communication, as the review says the delay was never communicated, but also mentions that you received an email from us less than 24 hours before your original delivery date advising you that the delivery would be delayed by a week. We appreciate that this was very short notice, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after already waiting a month for your shed.

We’re also sorry that you felt our customer service team didn’t care about the inconvenience. That certainly isn’t how we want our customers to feel, and we do genuinely understand how disappointing it is when things don’t go to plan.

We always try our best to keep customers updated when there are unexpected delays, and while we appreciate that the notice on this occasion was not ideal, we did make contact as soon as the revised delivery information was confirmed.

We hope that once your shed arrives, you’ll be happy with the finished product and that this will go some way towards improving your overall experience with us.

We’re genuinely very sorry to read your review and to hear how frustrating your experience has been. We completely understand your disappointment, particularly after experiencing delays with the delivery and then having further issues with the glazing.

We’re especially sorry that the glazing was not supplied with the original delivery and that, when it eventually arrived, one of the panels was incorrect. We also apologise that, when you contacted us to clarify whether the glazing should be glass or acrylic, you were told that someone would get back to you and this unfortunately didn’t happen. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to have this uncertainty and then have the incorrect panel cause yet another delay to completing and using your building.

We’re also sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the fit of some of the timber components and the overall quality of the hardware. We appreciate that, while you are pleased with how the building looks once completed, the process of getting it to that point has been far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been.

A replacement acrylic panel has since been arranged and posted, and we sincerely hope this resolves the glazing issue for you. We can only apologise for the delays, inconvenience and frustration you’ve experienced throughout your order. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback.

We’re genuinely very sorry to read your review and to hear about the experience you’ve had with your order. We completely understand your frustration, particularly after being given an expected delivery timeframe, taking time away from work to wait for the delivery, and then being left without the communication and updates you were expecting.

We’re especially sorry that you were not contacted when the delivery vehicle experienced a breakdown and that you then had to contact us yourself for an update. We fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly as you had already made arrangements around the expected delivery and had taken down your existing shed.

While an unexpected vehicle breakdown is unfortunately outside of our control, we absolutely acknowledge that the lack of communication following this was not acceptable. We should have kept you informed, and we sincerely apologise that we failed to do so.

We’re also very sorry for the additional inconvenience and costs you have experienced as a result of the delay, including having to arrange alternative storage. We appreciate that this has caused significant disruption and understand why you feel so disappointed.

We are continuing to work with our delivery team to get your order delivered as soon as possible. However, if you no longer wish to proceed with your order due to the delays you have experienced, please let us know and we can arrange for the order to be cancelled for you.

Once again, we sincerely apologise for the frustration, inconvenience and lack of communication you have experienced. We appreciate your patience and are sorry that we have not provided the level of service you expected.

We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your order and understand why this was such a frustrating and stressful experience.

We acknowledge that the incorrect panels were initially delivered and that the replacement parts did not arrive alongside the exchanged panels as expected. We’re also sorry that the delivery arrangements for the exchange were not followed as you had been advised, and that you subsequently found further parts missing from the replacement delivery.

We can see that the outstanding parts were then sent to you separately via DHL, but we appreciate that this did not make up for the inconvenience and additional time involved. We’re also sorry to hear that you felt you had to purchase your own door stop.

We take feedback like this seriously and will use your experience to review the communication and fulfilment of replacement parts. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the delivery timeframe for your summer house.

We understand that an October delivery may not be suitable, particularly when you were expecting delivery sooner. As the item is made to order, delivery dates are dependent on our production lead times, and unfortunately, at the time of your enquiry, the earliest date we could offer was 5th October.

We appreciate that this wasn’t the timeframe you were expecting and apologise for the inconvenience caused. As advised in our correspondence, if the revised delivery date is no longer suitable, your retailer can assist you with cancelling the order.
