Collar would not connect to GPS at our home (we have no trees). Requested return for refund, which they promptly replied there is a $25 restocking fee to return and I needed to send a video of the collar and packaging. I sent the video, and got no response. Have emailed every day for six days reminding them I sent the video and am waiting for the return instructions and shipping label.

Horrible. GPS moves despite very little trees near end of yard. Dogs move in and out of fence with zero correction. Customer service is barely responsive to return/refunding product. What a waste of money. Halo worked so much better.

These might be cool if we ever get them. Will follow up. Ordered over a week ago. Still no sipping info.

It would not connect , customer service did not help, and when i sent it back , they would not give me a full refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. Collar loses gps signal regularly and once lost it takes so long to reconnect that it renders the collar useless. Our dog is always outdoors and not inside so this product should be working as specified. We have never left a bad review for any business as we feel everyone deserves a “fair go” but when customer service starts to ignore you because they realize that the product cannot be fixed with their troubleshooting, then it becomes an issue that we can no longer let slide. We have sent numerous emails trying to get a response and we have been met with silence. We will now go through our bank to try and recoup the ridiculous amount of money we spent on this useless collar. Buyers beware. Do not buy this product. Find something else to spend your money on.

Neighbor found my dogs in the street. Customer service refuses to exchange these units defective units, even though they are 3 months old (warranty is a year). Clear sight lines to the sky. Boundaries do not work.

Extremely disappointed with this product and the company’s customer service. Before ever trusting this collar on our dog, we tested the PawTronic GPS by simply walking around our yard to check the accuracy. The location tracking wasn’t even remotely close. It showed us in completely different areas, making it obvious right away that this device could not be trusted to track a pet.

Because of how inaccurate it was, we never even put it on our dog. If the GPS can’t accurately track someone standing in their own yard, there’s no way it should be relied on to track a dog that could actually run off.

When we contacted the company to return it, they refused because the small clear plastic sticker had been removed from the front of one of the units. That sticker has absolutely nothing to do with the functionality of the product. You literally cannot test a GPS device without opening it and removing packaging. Using that as a reason to deny a return is ridiculous.

So now we’re stuck with an expensive GPS collar that doesn’t work and a company that hides behind technicalities instead of standing behind their product.

If your dog’s safety matters to you, I would strongly recommend looking at a different GPS collar from a company that actually makes a reliable product and stands behind it.

If Zero stars was an available option I would go with it. They send you products that do not work, then when you try to return they ask for 25% restocking charge and keep promising to send shipping label but never do. Seems like a Chinese outfit that is conducting fraudulent business.

I bought the two pack of the pro and they never sync properly to the boundaries. Shipping took forever because they were out of the green band and wanted to send two pinks. I spent hours walking the perimeter trying to get them to work and they would go off +/- 40 yards in either direction. Talking to customer service is an absolute joke. Countless emails asking for a return and they just keep telling me the same advice that doesn't work. The icing on the cake is that I told them I bought two collars with training mode and can hardly even get one collar to connect and their response was to connect to the second collar with a adifferent cell phone. So $650 later and they ignore your return request and tell you to buy another cell phone so the collar can not work that phone either. One randomly shocked the dog in the middle of the yard. They also require a 25% restocking fee for a product that doesn't work.

Sucks.
Ordered in mid-June and took a while to arrive. They sent the incorrect charging cord, so we had to take photos, email back and forth, then wait again for the correct cord to arrive. Mind you, the 30-day return clock is ticking. We tried several times to get the GPS set up but it lost connection frequently. Did some trouble-shooting to no avail. Requested a return which prompted more silly photo requests and emails back and forth. End result was that we are now outside the 30-day return, so per their policy, they cannot accept a return. Run! Dont walk!

This company is ripping off the public. Their customer service is responsive but can't fix anything...they won't address the real issue that a customer has. Their return policy is very strict and setup so that a customer can never get their money back. At the most a customer will only get 75% of their money back if any at all. They me the "run-a-round" on every issue/problem I had.

DO NOT buy this product. It is HEAVY and VERY BULKY and your poor dogs will absolutely hate wearing it. Their customer service is horrible and condescending. Be sure to read the fine print about their refund policy requiring a 25% restocking fee!

DONT BUY from this "company" !! I ordered 2 collars on the 13rd of December - haven´t received them and NO refunding!!
