We do confirm on the delivery confirmation that assistance is required, as all of our deliveries are kerbside only. Unfortunately, our drivers are not insured to enter properties, including flats, which is why we must deliver to the nearest accessible kerbside point. For heavier or larger goods, we always recommend making arrangements beforehand to ensure safe handling of the items.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given your age, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. If there is anything further we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
