Great customer service
Recently bought a 2nd hand A3. From my initial enquiry through to collecting the car, the whole experience was really good. All my questions were answered in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. The car was exactly what I wanted at a very good price. The salesman I dealt with the whole way through was first-class.

Efficient service and helpful video
Efficient service and helpful video. However misleading and incorrect work required information which, if I hadn't queried it, would have led to a significant unnecessary spend. Your email asking whether I wanted a valuation was not provided without me having to prompt the person in the shop

On arrival we met the service people and the salesman, very friendly indeed, had lovely coffee, and the car was seen to on time,didn’t have to hang around at all.
