Very helpful. Booked in early and was no problem at all. Offered coffee while I waited. Vehicle ready on time and all beautifully washed. All members of staff friendly and obliging.

Great Customer Service
I had a great experience buying my Defender form Sinclair Land Rover Hay-On-Wye. Spencer Perks, the sales executive, was extremely helpful and infomative throughout the whole process. Ensuring that I felt confident about my purchase, without any pressure. His collegaues were also helpful and professional. Excellent customer service from start to finish. My least favourite task is done!
Got to be honest but changing my car is one of my least favourite pastimes remembering all the different design types, specifications etc etc. Really pleased then to use Sinclair Brecon branch and Spencer Perks in particular as they made the process so easy with their help and simple explanations. Very slick pro active service so I’m so pleased that I don’t need to do this again for about 5 years- I hope! When I do I’ll be back!!!

Service Support
My wife suffers with dementia so I couldn't take the car to be serviced. Therefore they picked it up gave me a replacement car and delivered the car back to me the following day. Great support.

We had a really excellent experience buying a Range Rover from Sinclair in Hay. James Rousell helped us from our very first enquiry all the way through to driving the car away.
