Went back to Audi dealer in Swansea as wanted to buy new car and did so because found the right car for us

The salesman Tim at Swansea dealership was amazing as showed me everything I requested and since picking up the car he has been in contact and dealing with an issue regarding Audi lighting in doors that is not on the car but was told originally that it was so fingers crossed this will be sorted soon for me.

Alistair the salesperson was very friendly, courteous and knowledgable and made us feel confident with our choice.
We also experienced a warm welcome from the lady on reception.

Just visited Swansea Audi, such awful service. Nobody acknowledged us and checked if we needed anything. We were looking at new cars for my daughter and I wanted some information about the new Audi A6 Allroad, but all four of us agreed, awful service.
I went upto the girl on reception, who was on her phone, and explained this and our disappointment, but just received an insincere apology. Awful!

This is my 7th purchase of an Audi A4 Avant and the first time I’ve bought one from my local dealership. Everytime in the past when I have got in contact with the sales team and said what I was interested in, no one has got back to me. But on this occasion Ffion Gowling managed to find me a car within 24hrs. So instead of a 240 mile round trip down to Poole Audi I only had to drive 12 miles to pick up my new car.
The only disappointments were: having to hang around for over an hour to see that my bank transfer had gone through, because the dealership wouldn’t accept a debit card payment; and having to clean the inside of my front and back windscreen when I got home because it hadn’t been cleaned at the dealership. Something you wouldn’t expect to have to do when you’ve just paid the best part of £25,000 for a car.

Courteous and professional, even though I hadn't booked an appointment, Ffion at Sinclair audi, made me feel welcome. Found time to show me some cars until her appointment arrived, as it happens she sold me a car in the meantime.

This is my 4th car through Sinclair Swansea Audi. They give excellent service. The staff are always extremely helpful from sales and service along with reception. The customer service is 5 star every time.

Always a friendly experience and many of the people who work at Sinclair know me when I visit the showroom. This purchase went smoothly apart from an issue with the MMI - which was sorted out quite quickly. I am very please with the new car and the service I received. I always receive an excellent level of service whenever I call and the staff go out of their way to help. Great garage and people to deal with!

Firstly I should like to explain that I Have purchased five new cars from Sinclair Swansea and never had a problem with the sales or the salesperson. I received my new car today and the service I received was exceptional, informative, and helpful. My only issue was my dealings with OHME, or their subcontractors which I can only say as misleading regarding the offer of installation of an EV charger. I believe that Audi and OHME should make it clear what the offer involves. If the offer is a package for an installation of an EV charger with a standard installation which would be with out additional cost. Then the customer would receive as told in the Audi offer a free EV Charger and free installation. However, if there is additional cost involved and the quotation given is unacceptable then OHME will request to cancel the order. That means when OHME sends the EV charger by post prior to the survey to the installation address. Then if there is additional cost involved the surveying engineer will retrieve the EV charger due to the possibility of rejecting the quotation later. That means from my perspective that I am not receiving a free EV charger if there is not a standard fitting. Therefore, what I am being offered by Audi is a package to supply and install an EV charger with most installations the possibility of paying additional cost for equipment and installation. If I question the quotation then there is no offer, no free EV charger. For example what is the total cost of an EV Charger and Standard Installation provided by the Audi offer. Therefore, if there is additional cost involved the quotation should indicate the standard fitting amount of Audi’s offer. Then add any additional cost for equipment above the standard offer amount. If this was clear then customer could understand the quotation better. However, if Audi want to make their offer fair for ever customer their offer should have a choice to be able to receive a free charger and its standard installation. If the quotation involves additional cost and it is unacceptable then provide the offer of receiving an free EV charger whereby the customer can arrange an installation with a registered installer with a more competitive cost. That would avoid the customer losing out on a free EV charger if he rejects the quotation. There would be no additional cost to Audi or OHME as there would be no sub-contractor pre installation survey.

As a continuing customer for over 8 years I’m happy with the professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales and after sales services, which have been the main reason for my returning custom.

Due to pick up our new family car this afternoon and we can’t wait. The whole process and experience has been absolutely fantastic. Tim looked after us from the very beginning, his professionalism, and knowledge of the vehicle were second to none. We booked an appointment with Tim, and when we turned up the following day he had a car there waiting that he knew would suit our budget and needs being a busy family of four. Can’t thank Tim and the team enough for the service and care. Safe to say we will not go anywhere else for a new car in the future.

I responded to an invitation to a new car event. I said I wasn’t interested in a new car but would like a used Q2 diesel which was no longer in production. Sam was very very helpful and sourced irrelevant vehicle at the right price and handled everything courteously and efficiently and kept me in the loop at each stage of the process. It was easy to get through by phone and my calls were always returned. I would thoroughly recommend.
