Poor service. Loan estimate was different from closing disclosure and many fees got added that shouldn't have been there.

Wanted To Say That I Was Very Skeptical…
Wanted To Say That I Was Very Skeptical & Cautious After Being Told By Several Lenders Including My Own Credit Union,How They Could Do This & Were Going to Do That & Having My Efforts & Time Completely Wasted.After Being Told By My Realtor That She Only Used One Person Only & He Would Make It Happen...That Was Ryan! I Could Get Into Deep Detail Of How It Went,But Let's Just Say...At The End Of It All,Setting Down At Closing.Ryan Did Everything He Said He Could Do,Would Do & Even Went Beyond.Along Updated Me Regularly Of What Steps We Were Going To Take...Also,This Happened In A Small Time Frame About 2 Months From First Speaking To Each Other Til Closing Date & With A Very Limited Income.He Made A Believer Out Of Me & Will Always Have My Respect & Trust

False Promises - Zero Closing and less interest
Initially promised 2.5 interest rate and Zero Closing cost but during closing troubled me in paying the closing cost and interest rate also changed to 2.625%. Very bad and i need to struggle to arrange the money at last moment.

Great company for first time mortage holders
