The overall process was very smooth and


The overall process was very smooth and company did a good job but when they sold loan to other company they did not transfer all the information and transition was not smooth so I will say Sistar need to improve on that, for example new mortgage service company never informed Insurance company so my home insurance almost expired due to non payment of premium.

Need to follow up multiple times , several phone calls and multiple emails to get the loan processing to start, moving and to get updates.

Ryan and his team where very


Ryan and his team where very professional during this entire process. He investigated and did the research that resulted in my family finally reaching our dream of owning our own home. He worked hand in hand with our Realtor, Karen Smith and his commutation is second to none. He and his Team of professionals are and always will be apart of our family. Thank you Ryan.
