Yet another cancelled event and yet


Yet another cancelled event and yet again I don’t get a full refund as they keep part of it. This has happened too many times now
 won’t be using them again!

Deceitful. Hold your tickets hostage

On their advert they say you can use Apple Pay so you don’t have to share your details. But when you try to pay the only selection is putting your card details in. They after you’ve paid for your tickets you can’t get your tickets in the email they send. No, I’ve got to download their App that you don’t want. Very deceitful company and I’m not happy sharing my bank details with such a company.
Contrary to their reply there is no Apple or PayPal selection on the pay page only card

You can use apple pay either through safari or the app.

You also get your tickets sent via email

No Cooling Off Period, No Refund, BEWARE

Placed an order for 3 concert tickets for me and two teenagers, then just moments later realised the minimum age was 18. Tried to cancel but was told no refund! no cooling off period. Just robbed of my money on the spot. BEWARE.

Tickets not on sale at 10am

Tickets not on sale at 10am as expected. Skiddle had them down for 10pm for some reason.
Eventually bought them about 11.30am

Stranglers tribute straighten out at nice n sleazy

I already had the Skiddle app after the updating process was complete it was straightforward and was happy to get my gig tickets through it thanks
