The tickets went on sale at 8am, I went on your site at 8.01 but it wouldn’t sell me the early bird tickets despite them looking to be available. Thankfully I got the second release at 8.03 which were unfortunately dearer. I can’t understand why I wasn’t able to get the tickets at the price they were advertised at???

What a rip off. Tickets were advertised on a Facebook flyer at £17.50 each. Go to Skiddle though and the early bird is £19.60 and sold out. Naturally.
Then you have the mid-price ticket at £22.40 and sold out. Naturally.
Only tickets left are the top price ticket at £24.64 and I don't even know what extra I get for a top price ticket.
It also states you get instant ticket delivery. I'm not even allowed to print mine off until the end of April.
According to Skiddle, you get genuine face value tickets. Well the tickets are not face value and they won't be sold at face value if there is a booking fee.
It's about time someone did something about these rip off merchants like Skiddle, Ticketmaster et al.

I don't think I could have been more detailed with my review.
Lazy promoters need to give themselves a shake and sell the tickets for their own events which would cut out the costs paid to "middlemen" who do very little to justify their involvement in the sale process.

I bought tickets for myself and my wife for £36 but they were for 3 people. 2 days after I decided to change them for vip tickets instead. I spoke with Eleanor to change to VIP tickets as ahe could not exchange them she advised me to purchase the VIP tickets then cancel my original tickets. I was not able to do this in the end. I got back on contact and was told by Manisha I had to buy 3 VIP tickets to get my refund. So now I have paid twice the price for my new tickets and have been refused a refund on my original tickets. The company can sort this out but they have no interest in refunding me. This was the first and last time I will use this company. I am very disappointed as this could have been resolved easily

Easy process to choose and book tickets.

The most ludicrous situation, ever! I booked nine VIP ticket with table for the Trevor Nelson event in Windsor and wanted to add a ticket. I telephoned Skiddle and was advised by the agent that I couldn’t add an extra ticket, I would need to re book 10 tickets, send Skiddle conformation of the booking and Skiddle would refund me for the original nine tickets. That was two days ago. I now have 19 tickets and £2000 on my credit card! Despite asking for confirmation of my email confirming my ‘new’ booking, I’ve not received any correspondence from Skiddle regarding my refund so I will now have to call and wait at least 30 minutes to speak to an agent. It should not be this hard. I can honestly say it’s put me off going to the event.

Easy to operate and tickets stay safe

It was very easy and straightforward to use.

Does not have a user friendly platform for one to make a correction if you click on the wrong button. I feel robbed as they say they cant change the ticket or refund me.

Was easy to buy out tkts As 6 of us we can all start looking forward to our Liverpool experience

I’ve been trying to contact this company for three days regarding a refund. They have not responded to me. It is a simple refund because I’ve bought double tickets. Will not use this site again. Very disappointed and annoyed. I also got the refund protection which is a con… i do not recommend
