Expected dates of delivery are shown during checkout but we cannot give 100% assurance because there are procedures that are beyond our control, for instance, customs that are regulated by local Government guidelines.

La Roche Posay products are not real. They do not do returns and the products are counterfeit make your skin break out and do not look or smell like La Roche Posay.

Ordering was easy, price was good. Wait time was longer than I expected but didn’t realise the product was coming from overseas. I gave 4 stars based on wait time, but overall a good experience.

I ordered Skin Ceuticals Purifying Cleanser Gel 200ml. It has glycolic acid. Instead, I received Simply Clean Gel 195 ml. It has sulfonic acid.

The La Roche Posay was unoriginal…
The La Roche Posay was unoriginal nothing like the original ones. All the serum was runny and has no smell the texture is nothing like La Roche Posay which I have been using it for a long time. Never buying anything from this website.
