Customer service is horrendous. There is no way to speak with someone who actually works for the company. Only a bot. Return policy is not customer friendly. I’ve used skull candy for over 15 years and after this experience I’m done.

Bought these headphones about a month ago and so far they are very good and are super comfortable. Great for working out or doing homework and studying, the fit is pretty good as well and the bulkiness isn't too overwhelming or noticeable which is great for me. The noise cancellation on them are one of my favorite things about them, my favorite being the bass and how they literally shake your head when listening to music and such. I got the black color which I kind of regret getting because after I bought them I saw they had red and baby blue ones that looked really nice to me. One thing I'd say that kind of sucks on them is when listening for a longer period of time the audio kinda glitches like it's had enough of whatever you're listening to. Other than that great headphones and I highly recommend it to others.

My brother was hit by a truck while riding his bike on Monday. He was not wearing a helmet, but he was wearing a pair of skull candy crusher headphones. These headphones saved his life. They took all of the impact when he was sent flying into the air across the road. They protected his head from getting damaged. He is suffering very intense injuries including a shattered femur, a fractured pelvis, and broken spine bone, but he’s alive. And I truly believe the headphones are the reason for that. They are no longer in one piece, but they saved him. Thank you. So much.

The products are great, but the customer service? Terrible. I don't typically write reviews, but this problem cost me over 50 dollars. I ordered earbuds and went to cancel the order within the next 2 hours. They did not let me and took my money and shipped the earbuds 3 DAYS LATER. They didn't even review my ticket. I did all this before it was even processed, and yet they still shipped to charge me. I canceled because I saw they were on sale at a local store. Every input I made to cancel or refund my order was for nothing, and it feels like an excuse to grab cash.

Dave was wonderful. The AI prompt was utter crap, asking me if I wanted my issue escalated to the support team, then repeatedly telling me it was unable to escalate my issue to the support team. After trying again, I figured out the right words to say ("bippity boppity boo") in order to get it to connect me to a support staff member (which it should've done in the first place; I'm not gonna ask for support if I don't need support). But Dave was great once I finally got him on the line. He stepped through the "normal" support steps (I've worked IT; I know how it goes), but it only took a couple back-and-forths for him to get everything fixed perfectly! Way better than the 10+ back-and-forths I had with whatever AI garbage they connected me to in the first place.
If this company truly cares about its customers and its image, they'll fire that unhelpful computer crap and just clone Dave. Because Dave -- unlike their AI prompts -- ACTUALLY knows how to do his job.

They offer 2 days express shipping and I paid extra for it. They forget to ship out my package and when I messaged them I don’t want the item anymore they said they can’t do anything about refunding it since it past the 14 days return time frame when they’re the one that forgot to ship out my package. Raffy was the representativ and was no help at all.

I love the style of the headphones, case and all, and although they may be bulky, they’re a great addition to a key ring. And that fit and bass? oh don’t get me STARTED. the fit is so natural and snug, i’ve fallen asleep forgetting i’m wearing them, at least a dozen times. The soundstage on these is better than ANY other headphones on the market. (yes, even airpods) These are closer to wireless IEMS than any other earbuds available. i LOVE the method 360’s.
